We also want to clarify that the home is represented accurately in the listing, including its décor, condition, and amenities, as shown in the photos. Our pricing reflects the home’s condition, amenities, and location. While it may not be a brand-new property in a prime location, those types of homes generally come at a significantly HIGHER price. That said, we always want our guests to feel that the home provides good value for the price they paid. There are also a couple of things our cleaner noticed after your departure that we wanted to make you aware of. The feet of the black bear decoration in the living room were found broken after your stay. We understand that children may sometimes play with decorations or household items, so we’re not assuming any intentional damage—we simply wanted to bring it to your attention. Additionally, e-cigarettes were found between the couches in the living room. As stated in our house rules, the property is strictly smoke-free and e-cigarette-free, so we kindly ask guests to respect this policy. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.
