Black Bear Penthouse B is located in Deer Valley's Black Bear community and is just steps from Silver Lake Village. Completely remodeled with mountain contemporary furnishings, high end kitchen appliances, and hardwood flooring throughout. With approximately 1,800 square feet and two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a loft, this property can easily accommodate up to ten guests. This property can be combined with Black Bear Penthouse A for even more space and accommodations for those traveling with large groups. Choose this property for easy access to skiing in winter and hiking in summer.

Living Room: Comfortable mountain contemporary furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, and a gas fireplace. Gather up the crew for some conversation or watch your favorite shows on the 70" Sony Smart TV.

Kitchen: Chefs Kitchen including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and kitchen bar seating for 3 people.

Dining Room: Separate dining area with space for six.

Master Bedroom- King bed, a 43" Roku Smart TV, and full private bathroom.
Master Bedroom 2- King bed, a 43" Roku Smart TV, and full private bathroom.

Perfect location

Loved our stay! Our family of 6 fit perfectly. The property managers were very helpful and quick to answer any questions. It’s a short walk to the ski lift. Hoping to return next year!

As much as we liked the look of the property, it was rendered useless as a place to stay by a constant droning/vibration that made sleep impossible. We reported the problem to the property administration who sent a workman to inspect. He said it the noise/vibration was due to a hot tub heater in the apartment below. He said he could not/would not be able to stop the noise, so we escalated the problem to the letting agent. Despite us informing them that we had been unable to sleep at all, they said they did not see any problem and offered neither apology or any solution. We therefore had no option but to leave the property a day earlier than booked and shorten our whole much anticipated and meticulously planned trip. All very disappointing but informative. We will never be staying here or any other property managed by the same people ever again. And we recommend you also do the same. A great trip ruined by a thoughtless and inconsiderate agent.

Great Deer Valley location - perfect for two couples or a family!

We had a great time in Deer Valley! The Black Bear Lodge was a perfect location ... close to outdoor everything and easy access to old town Park City. Our condo was really great - very clean, updated, well appointed. We were two couples so the two king rooms was awesome! We did not have kids but there are bunks up top.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The loft with Apple TV was a hit for the kids. Hot tub with fantastic views was great for the adults. Kitchen stocked well. Plenty of seating for everyone. Literally walked across the street to ski. We'll be back!
