Perfect for families and ski enthusiasts, this beautifully upgraded condo is just a two-minute walk to Deer Valley's Silver Lake Lodge, ski lifts, ticket office, ski school, restaurants, and boutique shops.
THE SPACE
This warm and inviting home features a spacious open-concept kitchen and family room—ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. In 2020 the condo received thoughtful updates, and in Spring 2023 all three bathrooms and the kitchen were completely remodeled, giving the space a fresh, modern feel. Guests will enjoy newer carpeting, fresh paint, a new washer/dryer, updated fixtures, and a beautifully redesigned interior.
Located on the ground floor, this condo provides easy access without the need for an elevator. From the underground heated garage, you can reach the unit via one flight of stairs or a quick elevator ride. A dedicated parking spot is included.
