"Sandy Bottoms" is a Beautiful Condo Just 1 Block from the Beach!

Newly remodeled condo, just seconds from the beach. Furnished with one king size bed and one queen bed. Located on the 2nd story, you will overlook beautiful island views and partial beach views. Flat screen TV's in living room and both bedrooms, blue ray player, small movie library provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. 1 reserved parking space, plenty of additional guest parking and boat parking available. Follow the paved sidewalk for the short walk to the beach. Community pool, hot tub, fitness room, and cable and wifi are provided.

The stay was great really no complaints, should probably fix the for going into AC unit above shower, it fell down while we were there and we were able to attach it back up with a screw driver we had. We also could not find the laundry basket we were supposed to use for our bedding and towels when we left, so we did leave thsm in front of the washing machine. We would stay here again.

Location was easy to find, easy access to beach. Beds were very comfortable so we slept well. A little wear and tear inside but nothing major. Very clean.

Nice beach theme. It is very close to the beach. the closets were a good size. There are obvious signs of water leakage or damage and mold around doors, windows and ac vents. The ice maker didn't work. There were plenty of kitchen items and appliances. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. It was clean but older and not as maintained (torn screens, deadbolts that don't work, doors off track, stairs very worn...} as we thought.

Cozy and close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Bottoms. It was right near the entrance to Whitecap beach. The place was clean and cozy and had nice amenities like a pool, hot tub and gym. Parking was right in front of the unit and ample extra parking. Highly recommend!

Perfect Family-friendly Condo

We loved our stay at Sandy Bottoms! The condo was clean and modern with cute beach decor. The layout was perfect for our 17-month-old; we closed off the bedrooms and he could run around in the kitchen and living room. The furniture is very kid friendly, and Randy even provided a pack-n-play and high chair! The beach is super close, too! Loved the ease of check-in and clear and quick communication with the owners.

Great area

Everything was great to us! Would have liked a KCup maker. Little things that didn’t matter really needed fixing…..2nd bathroom shower did not drain well, toilet paper holder and shower knob needed securing in main bathroom. Balcony was great to sit on. Short walk to the beach we’re we want late at night! Would recommend and stay again!

Sand Fest 2025

We love staying at these condos, but this time the condo was pretty dirty. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, our bed had no comforter, found someone’s flip flop under the bed. It needed to be vacuumed. The place just needed a thorough cleaning. I did reach out to the host Mr Wilbanks, he offered to have it cleaned, but it would be a major inconvenience to us. I’am very disappointed because we do pay a cleaning fee. There were other things that were unexpected.

Awesome Condo, furnished with passion and great owners to deal with!!

This condo is awesome! It´s definitely the best condo which we have seen respectively were we stayed at the Beach Club. The condo is neat and tidy. We liked the wooden style laminate floors and especially the king size bed in the master bedroom. My fiance and I have been living there for 6 months and we enjoyed the high quality furniture and the great view at the spacious balcony. At the very close BBQ spot we had several unforgettable BBQ´s. It was very uncomplicated to deal with the owners. They are very helpful and friendly. This is really a special tip from two European folks with passion for high quality and details.

Needs repairs desperately

Place was dirty when arrived and definitely in need of repairs. Some light bulbs were burned out and the batteries we dead or missing in the remotes. The shower in one of the bathrooms had a whole in the wall from a previous repair and the shower water would run inside of the wall. Location is good and the beds were fine. Just needs repairs.

Needs major cleaning and updates

The place was filthy. We spent the first 4 hours going to the store to get cleaning supplies and cleaning the entire unit. There were no cleaning supplies in the unit. The master bathroom drain was plugged, there is a hole in the wall behind the bathtub faucet. The ceiling in the second bathroom is collapsed above the tub. The kitchen sink is falling down from the countertop. The only thing holding it in place are the drains. The microwave exhaust cover is broken off. There were 6 light bulbs burnt out. I talked to the owner and I was left with the impression he was dropping off lightbulbs and cleaning supplies. We never saw him. The floor in the unit was filthy. It appeared it had not been washed in weeks. The living room furniture is dirty and stained

Great location with awesome AC

Deteriorating condo on busy road, has a tired staircase with filthy entrance carpet. Bed was made with sandy sheets. Drier had about a cup of water standing in it. I cleaned the drier and the lint collector which was filled with lint, sand and water.The bathtub drains were partially clogged and took 30 minutes to drain.The front door lock bolts did not engage.The patio door had an visible opening through the door frame.

Nice condo, good location.

Condo was nice, clean and very good location. My only complaint was that pictures are not up to date, thought we were getting a Keurig so we packed K cups and there was a regular coffee maker, that was fine, we were just a little disappointed. Would definitely recommend, close to beach, nice pool and easy to check in and out, thumbs up.

Awesome Condo

This condo is located in the perfect spot. Close to the beach and restaurants. The pool and hot tub was nice and we met some great people. The beds were so comfortable and the A/C worked perfectly. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Welcome to our Beach getaway, we are glad you have decided to spend your vacation here at North Padre Island, and we hope you enjoy it here as much as we do.
We would like to share a little about us, we enjoy the beach and it has always been a part of who we are. We loved it so much we were married on the beach on Mustang Island, located between North Padre and Port Aransas. We have six children, and seven grandchildren, who all live either in Corpus Christi or close by. Although our Home is in Corpus Christi, we spend most of our Holidays and family time here on the island.
We started with one unit at Beach Club on Whitecap but have quickly grown to 5 condos on North Padre with others coming soon, We are always excited to find “the next great condo” and are get excited to figure out what theme and charm to bring to that one. We currently have several new units under Construction, Aside from our own units; we manage other units for some of our friends or family.
We enjoy decorating and giving each unit its own unique and fun personality. and try to incorporate “fun colorful beach schemes” that we wouldn’t be brave enough to use at home.
We try hard to give our guest the vacation of a lifetime, with all of the amenities and comfort you would find at home. We pride ourselves on the fact that we try to go above and beyond and are always open to suggestions from our guest. We are available 24/7 for any questions or needs you may have.
Aside from our love of this beautiful Island, we also own and operate Prints Charming Royal-Tees a screen printing, embroidery, rhinestone and promotional product retail shop.
