I am a retired military pilot and current simulator flight instructor who enjoys blending work and play. Hosting allows me to provide a space where one can experience many different aspects of Wichita's diverse culture.
Why they chose this property
The location of the Omega House is central to so many activities in Wichita. It's proximity to Wichita State University allows students to have their family come visit them and stay right in the campus environment. It is close enough yet not encumbered by campus rules.
Even if you are not coming to Wichita for any reason related to the college, you are not far from any other attraction. It's proximity to downtown, concerts, arenas, etc makes this location ideal for all visitors as well as locals who just need to get away for a little while.
Students from FlightSafety, whether pilot or maintenance can find respite within this property as well. It is a quiet area for studies or social gatherings.
