This cottage has been recently remodeled with nautical decor and modern amenities, including knotty pine tongue-and-groove paneling and authentic salvaged shopping vessel light fixtures!

Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring brand new cabinetry and all the necessary appliances you need to whip up a delicious family feast.

In the knotty pine sitting area, you’ll find a plush sofa, leather armchair, and flat-screen cable TV. Feel free to stay connected by using the wireless internet access!

After a day on the bay, refresh in the full bathroom walk-in shower. Comfortable sleeping arrangements can be found in the 2 cozy bedrooms or in the living room. The master bedroom has a full bed, while the second bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and 2 additional guests can sleep on the pullout bed in the living room.

The cottage's exterior amenities are sure to keep you relaxed and entertained during your stay. You can host a bayside barbeque on the gas grill and serve at the outdoor dining area, spend evenings gathered around the waterfront fire pit or simply enjoy the dock and village beaches!

Centrally located in Suttons Bay, in the gorgeous Leelanau Peninsula, this incredible property offers a shared sandy beach directly on Suttons Bay, for instant access to water activities, while also providing effortless access to town, great eating and other recreation!

Look forward to spending days on the bay fishing, swimming, boating, and waterskiing. You can even rent a paddleboard in the village and take it out onto the water from the shared dock! You'll have access to the onsite dock, but you can rent additional dock space at the village marina. Mooring offshore is available with prior owner permission.

In the summer you can hike in Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore Park, while in the winter there's cross-country skiing at Leelanau Trail. About 30-minutes south in Traverse City, guests can ride along the TART Trail, over 60-miles of pathways for walking, biking, running, and more.

The cottage is situated less than 1-mile from the village of Suttons Bay, and is a short distance to 14 surrounding wineries and vineyards! For more adventure, Leland's historic Fishtown is 10 miles away or you can head out to explore the Manitou Islands. If you're feeling lucky, don't miss Leelanau Sands Casino just 4.5 miles away!

If you grow tired of making food in the cottage, you can take a short walk downtown to dine at any of the tasty local restaurants. After dinner, be sure to stay in the area to browse the town's unique shops.
