Great stay in Suttons

Great location, walking distance to park with beach access and hop lot! Short drive to downtown Suttons and only 20 min to TC and 30 to Glen Arbor. Great stay for the 4th!

Location was excellent. It was a 5 minute walk to beach which was super, went biking on tart trail which was a couple blocks away was so convenient. Main beach was just a 5 minute drive.Quiet neighborhood and well kept home. Overall great stay!

Perfect place to stay. Location, accommodations, a great cottage with a peaceful back yard . Walked to town daily, 1/2 mile, beach down the road, bike riding right out your door. Second year here and coming back next year. Highly recommended

This was a lovely home away from home. Convenient to beaches, parks, restaurants, wineries, and shopping. The grounds provided enough space for the dogs and the interior was roomy yet cozy. Overall great property!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is lovely, clean, and was just what we needed. Very cute property! Having two bathrooms, one off of each bedroom was very much appreciated. I love a good shower and these were good showers! We enjoyed being within easy walking/biking distance to the small beach at the end of the road and to town. The neighborhood was very quiet.There is quite a bit of road noise outside the property, but we could not hear it inside, so it did not affect our stay. We enjoyed the comfortable adirondack chairs and the deck in the backyard each morning despite the road noise. We even spotted some deer in the woods on the property.The rental had everything we needed, although it didn’t have quite as many of the extra supplies that you sometimes find in other vacation rentals. If you tend to forget something, it may be worth bringing it along rather than counting on it being provided. This was not a deterrent, but something to keep in mind.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. The location, cleanliness, and peaceful setting made it a great fit for us.

This spot was perfect for our family of four! The house had easy access to the beach, town, brewery, and bike path. There was so much to do! And the house was very cute and had everything we needed - we loved the fire pit!

Excellent Up North getaway close to everything around Leelanau

A comfortable and cozy place to get away up north. Perfect for two couples to hang out. Super close to everything in Sutton's Bay, which we loved. Had a nice secluded back yard with a fire pit to enjoy in the evenings. The property was supremely clean and the best maintained of any vacation rental I've ever experienced.

Fall Colors

The property is perfect for one or two couples as a base to enjoy the beauty of the Leelanau Peninsula. The property was exceptionally clean and Lori was very helpful.

This is our third vacation rental property in Suttons Bay. I grew up in Suttons Bay and moved to Colorado in 1987. My family still lives in the area and plan to return to the area in the near future. We know how special Suttons Bay is and want to offer clean, beautiful accommodations for others to enjoy Leelanau County.

Why they chose this property

This property was built in 2007 and designed for vacation stays. All the comforts of home. It is located on quiet and beautiful South Shore Drive. A .3 mile leisurely walk to Suttons Bay for shopping, dining, boating, a brewery, theater and more.
