Peaceful Gem sleeps 6

Tioga's Peaceful Gem is a lovely rental located just 15 minutes from Pennsylvania's Grand Canyon, and a few miles bike ride from the Pine Creek rails to trails biking trail.  Our home offers a master suite with an attached bathroom and a queen-sized bed, and two other bedrooms with queen-sized beds as well.  There is another full bathroom, a laundry room, and a spacious, furnished kitchen filled with windows and natural lighting.  The well-appointed living room is comfortably furnished and is the perfect place for relaxing and unwinding.  Outdoors there's a fire-pit and a deck for dining, along with a beautiful lawn and gorgeous mountain views.  You'll love our secluded home surrounded by nature outdoors, and sparkling clean indoors.  Book today and enjoy connecting with loved ones at our beautiful home.

We are 30 minutes from historic Wellsboro, just minutes from Hammond Lake Recreation area, and 20 minutes from Cowanesque Lake.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- We kindly ask that there be no fireworks, loud music, rowdy behavior, or hunting on the premises.

- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

- Absolutely no pets. If a pet is discovered, there will be a $250 upcharge.

This place was very gorgeous. It was very clean. I rented this place out to surprise my girlfriend and propose to her at Barbour rock. The shower was phenomenal and all of the amenities were great. Any questions I had were answered quickly from the host. I would stay here again!
All three pictures were off the front porch view.

There was no TV. It had been removed and replaced with a picture of a bible quote. Luckily my father had a small TV that my family could borrow for the weekend, so we transported it back and forth. There was also no grill, even though one was listed. Communication was also lacking. I didn't initially get a message about the house access code and had to message the host the day of check-in and then it took several hours to get a message back. I initially offered to buy a new TV and set it up, but didn't hear back until 6 hours after I messaged the host. The house was great otherwise. The living space was nicely set up (if there was a TV). The kitchen was nice. It is near a gas well, but I was surprised how little noise there was from that. 3 stars for a nice place, but the listing was inaccurate and the communication was lacking.
