Inside, the home features a chef's kitchen with a 48" gas range, dual ovens, and a wine cooler. The spacious living area includes a smart TV, games, and cozy seating. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the main floor, while a loft with twin beds and a half bath offers additional sleeping space.
Enjoy outdoor dining, a fenced yard for dogs, and thoughtful amenities throughout. Just minutes to downtown Savannah, Tybee Island, and Isle of Hope, Kingfisher Cottagr offers the best of Low-country living—quiet, scenic, and convenient.
Please Note: This property is located near the water, so guests may encounter local wildlife from time to time. While this is part of the natural beauty of the area, we encourage guests to be mindful of their surroundings and keep doors closed and food properly stored.
The space is dog-friendly. Our dog fee is set to $100 per stay, limit 2 dogs max. Pets are restricted to 50lbs or less.
Primary renter must be 25 years old to rent and signer of agreement must stay on premises for entire booking.
