Beach cruiser bikes and beach essentials make for easy access via the Pinellas Bike Trail to nearby town of Dunedin, Honeymoon Island & Clearwater Beach. Complimentary Jolley Trolley transportation and Uber easily accessible as well!
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the unit (includes vaping, incense, etc.) No parties or events. Any violation will result in immediate expulsion from the property without refund. Please also refrain from loud music, especially in the evening. A $100 charge will be added for lost keys

Property certainly met and in some cases exceeded our expectations. Location was very quite and convenient to to Clearwater Island, Dunedin and other locations that have become our favorites.
