The place is beautiful and in a great location. It was perfect for proposing to the one you live most.. she said yes lol. If there was a way to add some light around the shower then this place is an 11 out if 10. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful location. We will recommend to anyone in the area and would love to stay here again.

Perfect get away for a weekend in Clearwater. The place is very easy to find, the parking was great. The pool was amazing. The “beach” closet was a nice thing to have for our beach day.

We really enjoyed staying here! It is the perfect rental for couples or a small family to getaway at! We really enjoyed the amenities of the condo (washer/dryer, full kitchen), location, and access to the pool. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was great, very clean and quiet. Also close to the beach even though we had a lot of rain we were lucky to have some nice beach days. Marta was great with answering any questions we had and responded promptly, definitely would recommend her unit. We would definitely stay again here. Awesome pool too.

The place was exactly as it was stated! Very clean. Very cute!My only recommendation is that since the refrigerator doesn't offer purified water and the water from the sink is not really drinkable. To either have jugs of water provided, or let the customers know they should have that ahead of time.Loved it overall!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean and comfortable accommodation. We enjoyed the pool and nearby Clearwater Beach. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. It was a great stay for myself, my husband and teenage son.

The unit was great. The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t turn the a/c down below 72 and we like to sleep with it cold at night. Everything else was perfect.

Thank you for your kind feedback. The AC could have been set as low as 68F, however, it seems there may have been some confusion regarding how to operate the Nest thermostat at the time.

Great location, pool area is very nice. Rental has everything you need to stay comfortably. The hostess even has beach chairs, coolers and a beach umbrella. Excellent communications, convenient parking and a very safe complex where female travelers would have a sense of security. Would definitely visit again!

Stayed April 16-21. Beautiful condo. It was located in the perfect spot to get anywhere fast. Finding the condo was easy, numbers are pretty big on the buildings. Condo was on 3rd floor and I was aware of this. Marta was great with communication and had a wonderful trip.

Marta’s home was the perfect place for our visit while exploring the area and spending time with our kids.She’s a wonderful host, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Each day, it was a treat to return to such a clean, comfortable, and peaceful home.Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen was very well stocked. I loved the cheerful color palette and thoughtful décor—it made the space feel both relaxing and inviting.The location couldn’t be better for exploring Safety Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, St. Petersburg, and beyond. The nearby beaches—like Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach—were absolutely gorgeous.If this home is available, don’t hesitate—book it before it’s gone!

Quiet Getaway!

We really enjoyed our time in this cute and comfy condo. The area is close to everything you need and the pool area was so lovely and relaxing. We definitely would book this place again.

Marta's place is clean, a short drive away from Clearwater Beach and well-supplied with conveniences for the beach and condo. The property is quiet and secure. Would stay again.

Great location, 3.5 miles from Clearwater Beach. The condo was very clean and well kept. The owner is very easy to deal with and quick to address any needs we had. Excellent amenities in a nice gated community.

My wife and I got away in this quaint little condo for a few days. Check in process was very easy. The condo was very beautifully decorated. The fully stocked kitchen provides a great place for cooking for your family. The bedroom has a nice TV for winding down for the night. The living room couch is very comfortable for sitting and watching your favorite shows. The heated pool is an easy walk, with full access. This condo is close to Pier 60, which is about a 10 minute drive.
