Charming 3 bedroom cottage , 600m to Sibbald Point Provincial park entrance. Briars golf club 5 km away, proximity to other Lake Simcoe beaches, parks and trails. Only 1 h drive from Toronto. We offer BBQ, large decks and huge parking space for over 10 cars . The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Day pass to enter Sibbald Point Provincial Park provided.

We are a friendly and hardworking family with kids. In free time we like to spent time with close friends , travel to new places, go for a walks and read.
Why they chose this property
Proximity to Toronto, only one hour drive, small town that has everything you might need and yet surrounded by beautiful nature ,ideal for retreat after busy life and work schedule at the city.
What makes this property unique
Our cottage has a huge parking lot, basketball net, big backyard with fire pit, cottage itself has a two living room areas each has a TV. Its near Provincial park and all stores are nearby.
