The space
Beautiful house to enjoy with the entire
family, with easy access to RMNP and
Estes Park without having to stay among
the crowds in town! Riverfront private
fishing access, and nestled in the North
fork of the Big Thompson valley! Quick
and easy access from highway 34 and
ncredible mountain views 360 degrees
vith abundant wildlife on property! The
river is just under 600 feet from the house
and makes for a nice morning of fishing
This house is 2 levels with fully finished
basement. entertainment center, office
and full bath. upstairs willbe 4 bedrooms,
2 full baths and a large ķitchen and living
space. There is a wood burning stove
nsert in the main living area that you are
welcome to use. There is no solid fuel
burning allowed outdoors at Casa Verde
out we do provide outdoor propane fire
pits.
Houses in the Estes area generally are not
equipped with Air Conditioning as the
weather is generally on the cooler side.
We provide fans in all rooms and there is a
large celling fan in the living room.
Casa Verde is full of wildlife, that's why
you're staying with us, but a little caution
is important when the bears are out. Lock
your car doors and don't leave any food in
your car. Also, Rattlesnakes are a visitor to
Casa Verde occasionally, Just be aware
with dogs especially. You will have
excellent opportunities to view multiple
bird species, EIk, Mule Deer, Moose, Black
Bears and tons of other small animals.
