This was the perfect home for our 60th wedding anniversary family reunion. We had 3 generations gathered and there was plenty of space for everyone to gather or to find privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils and appliances, including several coffee makers (thank goodness). The beds were all comfortable and inviting. We are so grateful to our wonderful hosts, who made check in and out extremely smooth.

Our host was very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for our family. We had everything we vould need and want. It was nice to be so close to town and enjoy some shopping.

Our group really enjoyed this house. We cooked almost every night, two kitchens made this a breeze. Cooking in unfamiliar kitchens is sometimes tedious, but these kitchens are very well stocked with all the essentials.

Great place for a family gathering. There was plenty of space for our family of 12. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for kids/teens to play games. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was a quiet area to stay but a short drive to shops and restaurants.

The home was exactly what we needed for our group. Comfy and big, everyone had their own space. Beds were comfortable after our long days exploring. The location was perfect being right outside of town and the views are phenomenal! Would definitely stay here again!

Kitchen had everything we needed. There were 10 of us and the house had plenty of room. The bedrooms were very spacious, each eith its own bathroom. The jet tubs were a hit.

We loved our stay in this spacious home! It was perfect for 2 large families to share- one upstairs & 1 downstairs. We were pleasantly surprised that the bunk area was bigger than we expected. Everything was clean. The kitchens are full of supplies. Having laundry on both floors (with detergent) was great! The house location & views were amazing. Wildlife in the yard everyday. The driveway is steep but parking is ample. My only complaint (and just a personal preference)- too many rugs. We were constantly fixing the ones in the upstairs kitchen & tripped over the one in the downstairs living room several times. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Family Vacation

Colorado vacation

This house worked fantastic for our family of 12! We had a lot of room and the boys enjoyed the basketball hoop. We spent a great deal of time in the Rocky Mountain National Park so the location was perfect!

Always a great time at this property

We love staying here, the location and facilities are perfect for a family vacation. If you're looking to see wildlife you will see plenty right outside the door. It's fairly close to town and all the attractions in the surrounding area. This was our second time going here for our annual Estes Park family vacation and it never disappoints.
