Leave all USED towels & wash clothes in the bathtub, close all blinds & leave any used blankets on the beds. Please empty all trash cans & take the trash outside to the big trash bin on the driveway.
Turn all lights off before leaving. Return thermostat to 76 in the Summer & 62 in the Winter.
Make sure windows & exterior doors are locked before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are a themed home that is outfitted with Coca Cola (tm) décor. Our property is unique as it sits on a wonderful spacious lot with no one on either side of us and has a privacy fenced back yard and offers a lot of outdoor activities for families and a place for our guests and their pets to hang out & relax.
