The location of the property was wonderful. You could walk or bike into Clearwater Beach. The Jolly Trolley stops were nearby.The apartment was a perfect size for the 2 of us with a nice balcony. The pool area was nice, pool was a little chilly, but warmed up as our time worn on.There were a few things that were missing from the unit and the host promptly provided everything that we requested, including a new grill. I also liked having a dedicated parking spot.Washer & dryer were outside and very convenient. Free to use during our stay.I really must recognize the host attention to are needs. He was very, very much approachable and in communication.However, I would be remiss in not mentioning an issue we had with a tenant of the complex Loud, obnoxious music played at 12 am, 2 am, 3 am, 5:30. am. I contacted the host at all hours. He did come to the property twice to speak with the gentleman, however, it took several sleep deprived nights to get him to comply The host tried. But this man was not compliant. We almost left, the host was willing to compensate us. But the last week of our stay, was finally quiet and uneventful.I really loved the place and it would have been exceptional, except for 1 40 year old, who acted likeva child. If he is out of the property, I would highly recommend to anyone.
