1st floor condo is spacious, clean and in a great location. Short walk to shopping, Beach Bars and Restaurants, Pier 60, Clearwater Marina, and the Beach!
We have a Communal Pool(in season) one block from Condo that includes Water Slide. Child Area, and Lifeguard.
We have Washers and Dryers on premises (coin operated) steps from the condo. Code for door is 9862

Amazing stay!

The condo was impeccably clean within a quiet area. The location was superb, within 5 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the local restaurants. Also the mattresses were the best I have ever slept on. Definitely will stay there again.

This condo has the perfect location! It’s very quiet and peaceful and only a short walk to all the action offered at Clearwater Beach. My kids really enjoyed the nearby playground and communal pool. I loved how close it was to the beach! We’d definitely stay again!

Wonderful appartment with everything you need and within 5 mins walk of the beach and around 15 mins of pier 60. New kitchen and appliances (fridge and dishwasher) and new flooring throughout. Bedding and towels also provided, even a few extra to take to the beach!

Great vacation

We loved the location! Very walkable to many places and so close to north clearwater beach, which was a lot less busier. My teenagers even played at the park across the street, and we used the rec center pool. It was the first reopening and we got in for no charge.

Don’t pay higher prices to stay on the beach! This was in a nice quiet neighborhood and only a very short walk to the beach, many great bars and restaurants. And the air conditioning worked wonderfully.

We traveled to FL for a wedding. The place was newly remodeled, very nice and clean! Everything New! Close to the beach, bars, eating places! Everything you want to do or need is right there! The condo location was key! Just a simple walk across a park to the beach. Shopping and all night life were easy walking distance. The condo was clean and we kept. We would certainly stay here again.

It was a great location. Close to the action on the beach but more family neighborhood friendly. We had a super time. Towards the end I was wishing for a pool, loved the Jolley trolley, and Frenchys. Would rent again.
