The property is dog-friendly, accommodating up to three dogs at a rate of $40 per dog, per night.
The master bedroom offers a king bed, television, and an en-suite bathroom with both shower and tub. The second bedroom contains two queen beds and a TV, while the third bedroom features two full beds, a television, and a dedicated kids’ closet stocked with books, art supplies, and games. The second bathroom is located off the kitchen and includes a washer/dryer, shower, and a selection of soaps and amenities.
The well-appointed kitchen provides multiple coffee makers (including French press and Keurig), grinder, griddle, air fryer, microwave, toaster, KitchenAid mixer, blender, popcorn popper, bakeware, service for 12, china, glassware, dishwasher, and all necessary soaps. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials. Air conditioning units are installed in each room as well as the main gathering area, complemented by a gas fireplace for ambiance.
For entertainment, the property offers kids’ games, books, puzzles, crafts, and a variety of family games in the three-season porch and a separate dining/game table. Garage amenities include charcoal and Weber grill, gas grill with propane, children’s toys, bounce house, lake inflatables, ping pong table, cornhole, and outdoor games. Outdoors, there is a patio table with chairs, four relaxer chairs, and a lake shed equipped with battery charger, fishing poles, inflatables, PFDs, and bag chairs.
