A charming non-smoking bungalow is yours to enjoy while you visit all that Denver offers. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental can be yours and your family’s home away from home for a week or weekend. With almost 2,400 square feet of interior space and a patio/lawn to enjoy the fresh Colorado air and grill your next meal, there’s enough room to spread out. The kitchen is fully-equipped to make your meals on those colder days or continue reading for some great restaurant recommendations.

While we do welcome dogs, please note that a pee fee and deposit will apply. Please contact the host if you have any questions.

Located in the popular but quiet Park Hill neighborhood, it is convenient to downtown, the Museum of Nature and Science, the Denver Zoo, City Park and City Park Golf Course. This centrally located home is close to public transportation (including rentable bikes and scooters!), major hospitals, sporting events, and within walking distance to very good restaurants, shopping, concerts and much more!

The variety of restaurants within walking distance is amazing. Bistro Vendome, a French restaurant, or The Phoenician Kabob, a superb Mediterranean medley. There is the Italian food Restaurant called Cherry Tomato located at 23rd and Dexter, Lucina’s a tapas / wine delight. There is Neighbors Wine Bar with excellent charcuterie and salad selections, and Oblios pizza sports bar. And within 2 miles there are several more places from which to choose.

Nice Denver Property

Family Visit

Great Location! The home was very clean and welcoming. Easy to access from airport. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The Kitchen trash can lid does not work. The driveway was icy to walk on. We could have used some ice melt and snow shovel where the sun doesn't hit.

Nice stay!

Owner was very communicative. Olave is immaculate love the 2 nice bedrooms one main level one Down stairs. Plenty of towels and such. Left us alone. Nice patio. No central ac but lord of small portable ac’s but that was the only negative. Very nice I’d stay again!

- Unkempt view in front with one awning blown off and dead leaves swirling around entry door. - entry lock was very hard to work; had to leave house unlocked 3 days because could not throw the deadbolt. - Light was too dim for any reading except over kitchen table. - quilt and pillow covers on beds not guaranteed to be washed clean. - upstairs mattress was too soft and run down. - very discouraging have Evolve interfere as a managing agent. What was good: - the place seemed clean inside - the heat system worked

Great location, cute home!

My family of four and I really enjoyed our stay here. We were close to museums, parks, etc. I am a runner, so I loved to neighborhood for that as well. Straight, flat roads with plenty of shade and beautiful horns to look at. The house was stocked with pretty much anything one would need. We prepared many meals at the house. The kitchen even had a variety of spices in hand. Our only grievance was the lack of AC. When we arrived on our first day, it was very hot and stuffy in the house ( 4 pm). We immediately turned on the evaporating coolers, even using ice, but it was very hard to get the house cool that evening, even with windows open as suggested by the owner. Most other nights we were able to keep the house cool. It was a bit of a bummer that the owner’s instructions were that the coolers need to be off when you leave the house. Most days we returned to a stuffy house after running around all day. It would’ve been nice to return to a cool home after being exhausted. I’m sure the coolers are effective most months of the year, but we came in July. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, excellent water pressure in the showers, and plenty of storage for clothes and whatnot.

Great Location - Perfect Space

We had an amazing time over the Memorial Day weekend. The neighborhood was so beautiful and we did multiple walks to discover the gardens of Park Hill. We didn’t realize there was an outdoor grill and we were pleased to be able to do some bbq while at the property. Would definitely recommend the property to those needing multiple bed options and space.

Park Hill Holly House

This is a historic house located in the quiet South Park Hill neighborhood. It is well maintained and close to some wonderful restaurants and parks. We enjoyed our time there.

Anita is communicative and responsive. The house is very clean, and the back yard terrace is a private and relaxing outdoor space. The neighborhood is walkable with coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and bike paths nearby.

Perfect stay in Park Hill!

We had a great time staying at the house. Our dogs loved the backyard and the neighborhood was perfect for long walks. We enjoyed walking to nearby cafes and parks. The back porch was a great place to relax and have dinner. Anita was very kind and responsive. Perfect place to enjoy Denver!

South Park whole house

Great location, great neighborhood. The house is well situated in Denver, near City Park. The house can hold quite a few people. The kitchen is well stocked with things to make cooking easier. The backyard and deck are excellent features also. We’d be happy to stay here again.

Great stay

The house and location were perfect for our trip. My elderly in- laws stayed on the main level while my husband stayed in the well appointed basement. Enjoyed time on the beautiful back patio and the gorgeous weather.

Excellent experience

Our family, including grandparents and very young kids, stayed at the Holly House for a week and were incredibly happy with our experience. The bathrooms and bedrooms were stocked with everything we needed to be totally comfortable and feel at home. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook/bbq meals, and there were plenty of great restaurants within a walk or short drive. The best part was the beautiful back porch & yard -- perfect for relaxing and playing in the mornings and evenings. The fans and windows provided plenty of ventilation, so we didn't miss the AC. The owners provided a lot of useful information about the property and neighborhood in the house and responded quickly to questions during our stay. Many sights/parks/activities are within a 25-minute drive from this location. The property more than lived up to the description on the website. Thanks so much, Anita!

Wonderful time South Park Hill

We had a great week at South Park Hill. The house is super cute with plenty of space and the covered back patio was perfect for the hot summer nights. We absolutely loved the neighborhood. We went for a walk every day and walked in a different direction. One day we walked to get pizza and wine, another day we walked to ice cream, and yet another day we walked to philly cheesesteak! The house was very comfortable and all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again.

Quiet Yet Close to the Action

This is a nice VRBO rental. The house was clean and fairly well appointed. We really liked the area as it was a very quiet and clean neighborhood with lots of character and it was a short Uber ride to all Denver has to offer. There is no a/c in the house, but we found that to be OK at this time of year with good ventilation through very nice (I believe recently replaced) windows and fans throughout the house. We are very happy we stayed here at your charming bungalow. It was just down the street from JWU and was the perfect set up for us on this Anniversary trip! Very well equipped and comfortable, perfect for us. Anita tried hard to accommodate our needs with the listed propane grill after a hard winter, we were appreciative of her efforts. This was a very nice home! We found the bed comfortable, and the kitchen stoked with all the dishes and kitchen equipment we needed. We loved the windows and light in the dining room kitchen area. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, close to but NOT in downtown Denver.

We stayed here twice now and both times it was great! Easy comfortable, well equipped. Great neighborhood. You can walk to a place for breakfast or pastry, Pizza, and a wine bar, and it is all in a quiet neighborhood.

Cute and tidy little house, great for our celebration

Hey, if you're considering this place, DO IT! We used the house as a landing pad for my wife's 50th birthday party. All the kids and grandkids came, we enjoyed the activities Denver has to offer, and the house was a great central gathering place for everyone staying around the vicinity. We had loads of fun and the house was clean, nice, and in a quiet, wonderful neighborhood. Couldn't have been better.
