DOLPHIN PARADISE: WATERFRONT VIEWS, WALK TO BEACH, PRIVATE POOL, DOG FRIENDLY
Welcome to our fishing, boating and dolphin-loving paradise. Our home was just completely renovated all the way down to the plumbing and ductwork due to Hurricane Ian. It's back to being a breezy beach bungalow. You'll enjoy the climate-controlled pool and the easy walk to the beach. You can catch good fish right off of our dock (rods are available in the garage). But really I think the best part is sitting on the back patio with the fans blowing salty breezes while looking for dolphins and manatees. You will likely see dolphins every day. They come so close you can hear them talking to each other. You may even get splashed as they chase fish under our dock.
You can use our paddle board right off of our back yard. Or bring/rent a kayak and kayak to Lover's Key. For bigger boats, our dock was just completely replaced in August 2025. Our lagoon is deep and goes to the Big Carlos Pass out to the Gulf. You can explore the bays, anchor on different beaches, explore islands like North Captiva and Boca Grande, or just dock up to a great seafood restaurant with live music.
The home has a master bedroom with King bed, ensuite and walk-in closet. There is another King bedroom, a Queen bedroom, another full bathroom, plus a half bathroom. There is a large driveway and 2 car garage with extra storage area, but really only one car of today's size fits comfortably in the garage. There are beach chairs, umbrella and bikes in the garage. Dogs are welcome, but no cats. We have a service for the yard, the pool, the bugs, the trees and the coconuts, so you won't need to worry about any of that.
FROM JAN 15, 2026 TO FEBRUARY 28, 2026 A MINIMUM OF 21 DAYS RENTAL IS REQUIRED.
