2 bedroom/ 1 bath apartment with coveted exterior entrance on tree-lined street in popular East Capitol Hill/Cheesman Park neighborhood. The apartment has lots of closet space, air conditioning, and is cable & broadband ready.

Apartment is on the first floor. No stairs to the entrance of the apartment. Guests have an entire 2 bedroom 1 bathroom to themselves with private exterior entrance.

Booking inquiries may be denied at host's discretion if they leave the space vacant for more than 3 consecutive days between bookings.

The laundry room is shared with all residents in the building, and the machines are pay per use through PayRange and/or coin operated.

We do not provide streaming services with the TV. The internet speed in the unit is 100 mbps. This should be sufficient for steaming video and zoom calls.

We ask the guests that need to receive mail from USPS get a po box. You may receive UPS and Fed Ex packages.

We provide towels, pillows, bed sheets, and hangers. We also provide one roll of toilet paper and hand soap to get you started for your month+ stay. We do not provide dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponges, paper towels, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

There are motion activated security cameras on the property facing the front door, in the laundry room, facing the mailboxes and facing the rear of the building.

There is potential for noise from other residents in the building as well as noise from construction in the streets or from neighboring properties.

The unit is heater by a boiler system with radiant heat. The fins for the heat registers make a clicking noise when the unit is calling for heat.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Must sign lease agreement. You must provide host with a photo ID/ email address of all guests within 24 hrs. of booking.
-No smoking in the apartment or on the property. A violation will result in a fine of $250.00 charged to the guest.
Unapproved Late Checkout $200. This covers cleaners penalty and linen redelivery fee. If it affects the next guests stay an additional night is due.
