Ithaca, Ellis Hollow Retreat with heated Pool & Hot Tub

Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 Full bath home situated on 1.5 acres. Also has a finished basement with more space to sleep (Queen size bed and air mattress). We are 7 minutes from Cornell University. We would love to host your family for Cornell University commencement and Reunion's and Ithaca College graduation's. Amenities include extra large kitchen with buffet style island and vaulted great room. We also have a heated in-ground pool with patio for relaxing (see photos below) and added a New Hot Tub. Wifi available. Quiet Culdesac.

Great House for Ithaca Area!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The saltwater pool and the hot tub were awesome. This was a great house for us to relax in and the owners were very responsive. The house is on a quiet cup-de-sac and the drive into Ithaca was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Home near Cornell

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend to attend my sons graduation at Cornell. The house was very spacious and comfortable for my family including grandparents. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, an easy 10 minute ride from campus.

Beautiful property in Ithaca

Perfect for a family getaway in the Ithaca area. We enjoyed a perfect Memorial Day weekend and our daughter’s Cornell graduation. Beautiful rural setting, splendid sunsets, 6 miles from Cornell, accommodated 7 overnight guests plus an additional 4 for dinner and relaxation in the evening. Our hosts were proactive and responsive. Pool and hot tub added to the fun!

Spacious and clean with a great pool!

We are a family of 6 with 4 boys and had a wonderful time staying at this house for the July 4th long weekend! The location is perfect, close to several state parks. House is very spacious, clean and well stocked. The biggest hit is the swimming pool. Our boys loved the water slide! so much fun. Everything worked nicely. The owner John was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great stay! Highly recommended.

Great pool, spacious house, peaceful neighborhood.

The property was nice and well kept. The pool was great. It was clean and heated. The house had everything we needed. We were disappointed that there wasn't Central air conditioning. We didn't know that there were only two units in two rooms and window fans in other. It was quite warm at night for my children to sleep. The bathrooms were nice and updated however, the water smelled like sulfur. The house had a air hockey table, indoor and outdoor basketball hoops, trampoline and Xbox. The finger lakes and Corning we're about ,45 Minutes to one hour away from the house. Shopping was about 15 minutes away. Jon, the homeowner was very responsive to our needs.

Thank you for the review Rochelle. Yes it was a hot week when you traveled to Ithaca, sorry about the house being too warm. We are looking to add central air in the near future. The sulfur smell is well water that's why we use the Culligan system for drinking water and coffee. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Beautiful central location to everything. Quiet culdasac, no traffic, big front and backyard for games. Less than 10 minutes to Ithaca, 50 minutes to Syracuse and 45 minutes to Binghamton.

What makes this property unique

Taughannock Falls is 25 minutes from us. A must see. Ithaca now has Uber and Lyft!
