Cleanness was what we expected , the Host Benny was on top of things to ensure we have a smooth check-in , access code was simply and easy . Benny leave a voice message detailing how to operate enerthing . beds are all very big give comfortable sleep . Shopping areas are less than 5 minutes away .

There was plenty of space for the number of people who were staying. The host was very responsive. The house was within walking distance of campus, making for a peaceful walk every day. Everything was clean. The only thing I would change would be the silk sheets. They were slippery, but not annoying enough to deduct any stars.

I wouldn’t stay there again. The host was nice but the bathrooms were not clean . The bathroom downstairs did hot have a working fan. There were whiskers in the sink. There was hair in the bathtubs and shower unit upstairs. No washer or dryer available which I had thought there would be in a house. The floors were not clean , my socks showed that after walking around, and there was a musty smell in the rooms downstairs. The neighborhood was good and felt safe and lots of close restaurants . Need small garbage cans in the bathrooms and separate toilet paper dispensers. Bathroom downstairs needs a larger mirror and exhaust fan needs fixed. Looked like it was rusted shut.

This guest demanded a late checkout which I was not able to offer because we had another guest check in that day so she is upset and trying to make it look as if the house was not clean. Rest assure the house is spotless clean as I do the cleaning personally as all other guest confirm in their reviews!! Sorry I could not have you check out late that day Lisa ! I did my best trying but anothe booking came in and I had to honer it !

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood. The host was helpful and available if we needed him. We loved that it had the number of bedrooms that we were looking for. We loved the bright colors. The flooring in the living room, dining room and kitchen was beautiful. The countertops were beautiful as well.We didn't like the eyesore that met us as soon as we entered the house. The room in the basement included a utility tub with filthy towels hanging on it. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer. The showers and tubs didn't have a soap dish. There were eight of us and we had a problem with the hot water remaining hot while in the shower. It would get cold. The shower was too small and the shower curtain needs changing. Whenever the hot water was used in the kitchen, the light in the kitchen or over the dining table would consistently blink. We're also a cooking family. We could have used the correct utensils to use with teflon pots. More pots and pans would have been great. We ended up going to the store to buy towels and dish towels, because the towels were dingy or rough. Trashcans need to be included in all rooms (bedrooms and bathrooms). Only one bedroom included a television. If all bedrooms don't have a television, it would be best to leave that off. The bed with satin sheets caused the person in that bedroom to slip and slide every night. Please clean the closets. They included all kinds of stuff in them.

There was a lot to like about this property. Unfortunately the temporary electric water heater was underpowered and if anyone used hot water anywhere in the house, the lights in the kitchen and family room flicker wildly. Also, the lower level was quite a bit colder than the main floor. On a positive note, the decor is very distinctive. The photos are accurate - if you like what you see, you’ll like it in person. The kitchen had plenty of counter space and the open floor plan made it easy to have multiple cooks. The beds were also very comfortable Finally the host was very responsive to our questions. The place looked recently renovated. Hopefully he is continuing to improve the property and the problems we had will be resolved by the time you read this.

Great house in a good location for a big family visit. My kids thought the decor was awesome and fun! Beds were comfy and lots of space to hang out.
