Large 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Beach Condo - w/ Beach, Household, Cleaning Supplies

The open floor plan and large balcony can easily accommodate enough space for couples or a family. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and everything necessary for the home cooks. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds, while the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The master bathroom has granite countertops and a large jacuzzi tub/shower combination. The main bathroom has granite countertops that match the master and a large walk-in shower. Since owners clean/manage condo themselves, they take great pride in providing a very well-supplied and super-clean condo; and include all the necessary cleaning supplies; as well as laundry supplies for the washer and dryer located inside the unit. Premium cable tv and internet service are provided, but please bring along your laptop. We include a closet full of fun beach stuff: chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler, fishing poles, toys. There is a large heated pool and heated jacuzzi overlooking the bay, and also a dock for fishing; and a 24-hour lobby with restrooms. Walking to the large publix supermarket takes less than a minute, with dozens of restaurants, pubs, and stores are within a 15 minute walk. Because of the prime location you can get by without an automobile, but free covered parking is included in the first-level parking garage. Published weekly rates are (sat thru sat) for groups of up to 4. Since larger groups have higher operating costs, please note there's a fee of $5 for extra guests ONLY when group size exceeds 4. In your initial email, please include information about your family/group. For example - "My husband John & I are from Chicago, IL, and we are considering your condo for a vacation with our 2 children, ages 8 & 10." Also, please feel free to ask ?'s.

Top notch place and location, 3 minute walk to beach, Gulf view, Easy in and out traffic, grocery next door, swim out the front fish out the back beat of all world, Not to forget to mention owners are great. Will stay again.

Treasure Island Treasure

The hosts, location, accommodations, and condo were great. The hosts made sure we had plenty of spices, pans, laundry soap, etc. They provided everything, including beach towels, beach wagon, umbrella and toys for the grandkids who stayed for awhile.

The condo was perfect for our spring break. It was great location right across from beach and next to Publix. The owners Rick and Karin were very responsive and even were kind enough to make sure they had a stroller and life vest for our 2 year old son. The condo had everything we needed for a beach or pool day. We would return to this condo if ever in the area again.

Great place to stay in Treasure Island!

This condo is very clean and super well-stocked. The neighborhood is very walkable - Publix is next door and the beach is across the street. Lots of good restaurants close by. The owners are very kind, accommodating and hands-on; answering any questions quickly and providing good recommendations for food, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Karin and Rick were the most amazing hosts! They went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Their condo had everything our family could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. It was very clean, great location and short distance to a beautiful beach. Cannot wait to go back!

We loved this property. The location was beautiful and an easy walk to the beach with a newborn, 1 and 3 year old. The owners made this trip so easy for us which is what easily gives this property a “leg up” on other properties we have stayed at previously in the area. We will definitely make a trip back!

Family vacation

We love the location of the property as it is next to a grocery and within walking distance of the beach. This is very beneficial when vacationing with small children. We really appreciate the condo being stocked with essentials and the personal welcome from condo owners.

Great Getaway!

I could not have been more pleased with our stay at The Palms! Rick was so accommodating and wanted to be sure that we were happy with all aspects of the condo. It meant a lot for him to meet us at check in to assure that we were pleased and to answer any questions we might have. The unit itself was cleaner than any have ever stayed in! It was stocked with all the supplies one might need for the week. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay there again in the future!

Best Week on the Beach!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. Easy beach access, great pool and hot tub on the property, where we could see the dolphins passing by! The owners were super nice and had great communication. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay! Pool and beach accessories were such a nice touch. And being literally next door to Publix made for easy snacks and meals, when we didn’t feel like walking to one of the many nearby restaurants.

This was a great property, the owners were wonderful and easy to deal with. The property was clean and comfortable with all the details taken care of before we arrived. It was a nice touch that the owners met us upon arrival, gave us all the necessary information, and had a cold beverage waiting for us. Would definitely rent from them again. It’s Perfect!

This condo has a fabulous location, it is very clean and has everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable. The ocean is across the street and the bay is in the back yard. Publix is right next door and Walgreens is a block away. There are many fun places to eat, that are within walking distance. The condo is quiet even with neighbors nearby. Rick and Karin were very accommodating and hospitable. What’s not to love? We travel a lot and are a bit on the picky side and this place is great. I would not hesitate to rent again !

Family Fun

Rick and Karin provide a wonderful vacation experience, not just accommodations! Our experience started with the check-in process, which included adult beverages and bottled water already chilled in the fridge….. Rick was here to help us settle in and familiarize us with the entire property. The beach is directly across the street and they provide a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and towels. So helpful when traveling with two young grandkids! Publix is right next door, another huge plus! Everything you need is here, don’t hesitate to book! Cleanest condo we’ve ever stayed in and the view from the balcony provides a beautiful view of the Gulf. The pool area is also on the water and has a dock if you like to fish. We’ll be back!

Wonderful Vacation!

Rick and Karen are amazing hosts! The condo is beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We even caught an amazing sunset on the balcony. They had some cold beverages available when we arrived which was much appreciated after a long travel day! The area is bustling with many restaurants and shops. The beach is gorgeous and a very short walk. We used all the provided beach gear everyday. We loved the pool area and the kids were very excited that the deep end was so deep. We enjoyed watching the wild life and boats while lounging at the pool. Many dolphins and even a sting ray surfaced for a few minutes. Having the grocery store and liquor store right next door was also so convenient. The condo was so comfortable we wish we could have stayed longer! We will 100% be back thanks Rick and Karen!
