Rental Contract
A signed rental contract is required for all rentals and must be signed prior to check-in. No exceptions.
Cancellation Policy
The traveler's credit card is not charged until 30 days from arrival so those who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will not be charged. If you cancel after that point, you will not receive a refund unless you have purchased our cancel for any reason (CFAR) policy.

To be fair to all potential guests, the property can only be reserved by making a reservation and a deposit, and will not be held by verbal communication
Please take note that the town of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances aimed at curbing parties, gatherings, and undue noise disturbances within city limits
Guests agree to comply with Scottsdale Ordinance laws regarding short-term rentals:
Sec. 18-152. - Non-residential usage by vacation rentals or short-term rentals prohibited.
No vacation rental or short-term rental may be used for any non-residential use or purpose including but not limited to any of the following:
Any commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or other non-residential purposes;
Operating a retail business, restaurant, event center, banquet center, or similar use;
Housing sex offenders is prohibited
Operating or maintaining a structured sober living home
Selling liquor, controlled substances or pornography
Operating any adult-oriented business including nude and topless dancing
No person including an owner or operator shall operate a vacation rental or short-term rental in violation of this section.
