Inside, Villa 11 offers seven beautifully appointed bedrooms—each with its own en-suite bathroom, making it the perfect fit for families or groups who value privacy and space. The design is sleek and sophisticated, with soaring 16-foot ceilings in the great room, 12-foot ceilings throughout the home, imported Spanish tile, Grohe fixtures, pivoting glass entry doors, and expansive walls of glass that create a seamless flow to the outdoors.

Outside, your private oasis awaits. Take a dip in the sparkling custom pool complete with LED waterfalls, fire bowls, and tanning shelves ideal for soaking up the sun or lounging with little ones. - Please note that while all bedrooms include the advertised bed sizes, the specific layout and decor may vary.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $500 per day and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available during the summer months (May 1 – October 1). The average water temperature without the heater is above 90°F.
- This home provides an outlet suitable for EV charging. A connector/charging cable is not provided—guests must bring their own charger/connector.
- Use of the firepit and Firebowl is available upon request and subject to an additional fee.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
