Welcome to Casablanca Estate (LS6) — a private, resort-style retreat designed for unforgettable group getaways in the heart of the desert. Located within a gated enclave and just the third house on the left after entering the main gate, this expansive 10,046 sq. ft. estate (under roof) blends luxury, privacy, and entertainment at every turn.

Resort-Style Outdoor Living

Step outside to your own private oasis featuring a Swimming Island Pool with a River, Waterfall, a children’s pool, and a poolside palapa with swim-up bar—perfect for sunny days and relaxed evenings. Unwind in the plunge ice bath, dine outdoors beside the gas fireplace, or fire up the built-in BBQ and wet bar attached to the Pool House. The misting system keeps things cool, while multiple activity areas—including a bocce ball court, two putting greens, and a horseshoe pit—ensure fun for all ages.

Entertainment Inside & Out

The estate is fully equipped for entertainment with an indoor ping pong table, pool table, and arcade, TVs throughout with direct streaming, and a professional indoor-outdoor SONOS sound system. A Lutron smart home system, Nest thermostats, wall-mounted iPad, and high-speed Wi-Fi make comfort and control effortless.

Awesome Bachelor Trip!

Had the pleasure of staying here with 18 of my closest friends for a bachelor trip. The house had plenty of space, the pool is awesome, and it it close to everything. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great Property

We all enjoyed our stay at this Bermuda Dunes home! We had 8 adults and there was ample space for everyone along with our own bedrooms/bathrooms. Pool and hot tub were both amazing and communication with the staff couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend this property!

Dream property with fantastic hosts!

We had an absolutely incredible stay and an even better Thanksgiving because of the family all being in one place! What a great trip for us to share memories of the past and to make new ones together!! What I was most impressed by was the attentive nature and responsiveness of our hosts William and Rick! They were great to work with and incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. The way that they handled a small problem was with the utmost care and we really appreciated the level of care and service on top of the beauty of the property. I always say that it’s easy to be good when things are perfect, but someone’s handling of an issue is what really set this VRBO apart. They truly cared each step of the way to accommodate and take care of our needs! Thank you for an incredibly memorable Thanksgiving with our entire family together!!

Great!

We had our extended family of 20, ages 1 to 70 and it was great. Each bedroom had its own bath which is great for privacy. Kids loved the game room and putting green. Everyone enjoyed the pool and large hot tub. Kitchen was big enough to cook for everyone and having two dishwashers was a lifesaver! Lovely outdoor space.

Best Vaca Ever!

10/10 experience, the house fit all of our needs, we had both mine and my husbands families staying with us to celebrate our wedding. The house offered more than enough rooms for everyone and never once felt crammed. Chris the property manager was on it at every moment, literally I could text him and got a response within minutes. Overall, a great home and truly felt like you were on a tropical vaca at all times. We hope to come back sometime in the future for another great stay.

Family Reunion for the Record Books

We came to Casa Blanca for a really special family reunion, people ages 5 to 70 years old. It was exactly what we needed - from playing in the pool all day long, games inside at night, eating big meals, late night conversations and all around bonding. Most of us didnt leave the house one time. The owners and property managers made us feel like it was our home. We had several inquiries leading in to the trip to be sure accommodations could be met for the variety of our group, and they really made it easy to get questions answered. They were fair and flexible, we would love to stay again in the future!

Tremendous house for a reunion

The house is amazing and so very spacious. The pool & jacuzzi are fantastic. The kids loved the pool and swimming around the island. Great barbecue and other outdoor areas. The kitchen was fully stocked and really has SIX ovens WOW! The owner and manager are very communicative if there were any questions or concerns. I would absolutely stay here again if we are looking for a house this size in the Palm Springs area.

Magical Oasis

This place was MAGICAL, the pictures don’t do it justice. We never had to leave as we were at our own private resort. The set up was perfect for our family reunion of 16 people. The beds were super comfy and the bedding was top notch. Nice touches that added to the magic was the Sonos music system throughout the house and poolside, the beautiful landscaping, the river flowing into the pool, outside misters, putt golf, along with the pool bar and BBQ. Chris was so attentive and helpful; we could text him about anything. It is our new favorite place, and we really hope to come back!

Beautiful home

We were a group of 16 plus an infant ranging in age from 25-62. This is a trip that we take with 3 families all over the world every 2 years. The house was perfectly set up for a lot of people with each bedroom having it's own bathroom. The master has a separate small bedroom for a baby or in our case our 28 year old son used it as they provided a queen size bed. The kitchen is fantastic as it had 6 burners, six ovens, a microwave and flat top griddle. Because of our large group and Covid restrictions, we ate almost every meal at the house. There's a large table in the dining room which we added a small round glass table to the end of it so that all 16 of us could fit. There's a tv in every bedroom and 2 outside near the pool although one did not work during our stay. The pool and hot tub were lovely and we used them every day. We did bring some pool floats and I would recommend bringing with you. There's also bocce ball and a fun putting green, ping pong and foosball. We used everything. The outside space is beautifully landscaped and provided sun and shade and lots of chairs for everyone. We really loved this house and will come back next time in the Palm Springs area. Jeff, the property manager was great and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner.

Fantastic Family Reunion

The Casa Blanca Estate was the nicest VRBO property that I have ever stayed at. We had three different families numbering 19 people and everyone had plenty of space. Ages ranging from 1 year to 65 years old. The bedrooms are all great with most having their own bathrooms and Tv's. Kitchen has everything and is huge. Plenty of parking for 3 cars in the garage and many more spaces outside. Living room has a huge couch and big screen tv for gathering everyone at night. Dining room has plenty of space for eating or playing games. Then there is the outside with beautiful grounds, nice pool and big jacuzzi and poolside bar. Both the pool and jacuzzi got plenty warm which helped since it gets pretty cold at night in December. Also had 4 putting greens to practice on and to top it off probably the nicest Bocce Ball and Horseshoe pits I've ever seen. We're into hiking in beautiful areas and we had plenty of trails close by to choose from. If we had any questions Dawn or Richard were always quick to get back to us. My whole family had a wonderful time and are so happy to have spent the time with them at this great home. It was really hard to leave at the end of the week.

Beautiful home with tons of space

We had a great time! Even though some things went wrong. Chris and Robert was there to accommodate us immediately. We will definitely return for a future visit. The property was absolutely beautiful! We had so much room and loved the swimming pool and outside area. It was a great experience for all of us!

Our own Resort!!

The home was fabulous. Chris, the property manager, was very accommodating and made us feel like pampered guests. Loved the finishes in the home and all the hi tech features. The pool area was beyond beautiful!!
