Great location. Beach was easy to access. Pools were great. Easy in and out. Condo was roomy. There were only four of us but there would be plenty of room for two more adults.

The location was right in the middle of all nearby attractions and right across the street from shopping. If you have small children this place is great because of the splash pad and kiddie pool. The pool and beach space for this property was big enough that neither was crowded.

Wonderful Stay!!

This property was fantastic with a beautiful view! The location was very family oriented. The place was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. There was lots of storage space for luggages etc. It was also very quiet! The pools and hot tubs were never crowded!! There is a Walmart directly across the street, which was so convenient with tons of shopping and restaurants nearby! There was also never a wait on the elevator nor any noise outside the doors in the hall. The Keurig coffee pot stopped working and a new one was brought to us the next day along with a new blender. Most impressive was the Amazing security attendant Tammy, Jesse the general manager and Tom, the on sight maintenance!! Their hospitality was top notch. They treated us like family!! Thank you to everyone at Orange Beach that made our stay so enjoyable!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year visiting Orange Beach and staying at SeaChase. We have loved it here, but honestly we were disappointed with this specific unit. We unfortunately had to be placed in this condo because the unit we reserved became unavailable the week before we arrived and this was all that was available.Compared to the previous years and the units we stayed in, this particular one was just a little outdated. Not all the outlet coverings were on the wall, paint was peeling from doorframes and one of the patio furniture chairs was broken and it wasn't able to be replaced. So our family of 4 was unable to all sit outside with the same height chairs. Overall, it was still a good vacation and would return to SeaChase in the future, but do not plan to return to this specific unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had ants from the day we checked in till we left. They got in our suitcases and food. We called the first day and no one came to check. We called again on the 4th day and they brought a can of ant killer and sprayed them. We will not stay in this unit again. Melissa was great when we called her on the 4th day. She was great.

Based on the information you provided the only option we had was to spray for the ants and wait for our appointment with the main pest control. They don't come out immediately. Unit 404c is in desperate need of being refreshed. The counters are split which are a hazard as one of the guest cut their finger on this. There are outlets with no covers and fans with heavy build up in need of cleaning. The view is great but the outdoor furniture is lacking and what is there has seen better days. The beach and pools were perfect!! Have stayed in numerous units at SeaChase and this one is at the bottom of the list.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and things that were broken in our unit. The layout was good but my parents bathroom handle was falling off - they had no towel rack cause it was broken before we got there. The fan didn’t work. All things you can live with but for the price we should not have less than the other units. These things should be fixed before it is rented out again. No heated pools was awful!

It was not comfortable at all! We even turned to air down to 63 and it felt like 78 in the room. Other than that-very nice condo and location.

Can’t recommend Seachase anymore

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th year as a family to stay at Seachase and our 7th or 8th time to stay on the property. In the past it was a great location for a family with small children, but this year I noticed many things have changed. For one, you can tell every aspect of the bldgs are 30 yrs old and not updated. Our room was missing many essential items such as bowls, cookware, etc. But by far the worst part of this complex is the HOA leadership. For the second year in a row, the center bldg C had 1 of 2 elevators down. Mind you, they’ve already told us they’re at full capacity, with extreme heat & ppl are climbing stairs. On the day we were leaving the functioning elevator door closed in on me continuously, not allowing me to get our beach wagon off. I was stuck. Once I finally got myself off, the GM, I’ll reference as JC, comes running in the bldg, not to help, but tell me he’s been watching me on camera & if I push his doors open again then he’ll be contacting me for maintenance repairs. This greatly upset me to have someone yell at me for something I had no control over. Furthermore, I learned there’s an “insurance payment” collected for broken items and there was no need to threaten me. When I asked to speak w/ his manager, he was unable to produce anyone I could voice my complaint to. After this experience, along with the decline of the bldg I would absolutely NOT recommend Seachase to anyone.

404C could use some work

Our family has stayed at SeaChase several times over the past few years. The property and location are great. This unit could definitely use some work. The kitchen countertop is cracked. The mattress in the master needs replaced and some new linens that do not pull off every time you roll over. The lower bunk bed also needs replaced. It has been scabbed together several times by the look of it. We had to replace a couple of screws during our visit to keep the mattress from falling to the floor. The furniture in the living area should be replaced or at a minimum a thorough cleaning. Lastly, one of the toilets overflowed after gurgling during every flush.

Great Location, but needs some maintenance

The kitchen was stocked well with with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and plastic containers! The room can use some maintenance, not the most well kept. Grounds are nice, pool area & walkways can use a little more lighting for nighttime.
