Fully appointed kitchen includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features including ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower.

The condo is very clean, comfy, and best of all overlooks the beach. We had a great stay! Everything was great, and the location was right in the middle of Orange Beach so it wasn’t a far drive to get to anywhere you wanted to go.

Exactly What We Were Looking For...

Coming from a VRBO owner with two properties of our own, this condo was exactly what we were looking for. Great central location, great pools, simple beach access, loved being high on the 12th floor and ocean side, clean and comfortable. Very limited supply of paper goods, no laundry soap, etc., but that is advertised, so it is not a complaint, just something to be prepared for. Would definitely stay here again should we get to visit the area again in the future.

Reviewer Comments: Our stay was not up to standard upon arrival the condo definitely wasn't clean the table was missing glass the ice machine was broken on 6/8 and our stay was on 6/15/2023 it was also filthy housekeeping dropped the ball and left one too. The beds were full of sand we rented a condo with 3 kings sized beds but ended up with 1 queen 2 twin sized beds & a full the decor was jungle meet beach patches of paint different color the jacuzzi didn't even work we contacted management and they did refund us half and not charge cleaning and parking and paid for the family to go to an amusement park. Would I visit SeaChase again it would be a hard no for me.

It had been 7 years since I had been there but it was always our "go to" place in Orange Beach. Since I was there a few things have changed and for the better. The check-in and check-out is marvelous. Quick and easy! Receiving e mails and then a phone call to let us know the room was ready early was an added bonus. Definitely would recommend this 3 bedroom unit. The only thing that we could have used would have been some light weight blankets, as it did get chilly when we were there. One of the twin beds had one. The other one did not and the King and Queen did not. We just put on sweatshirts to sleep in. Yes, we could have turned on the heat, but it was not that cold. Otherwise, it was wonderful. The kitchen had all that we needed for a few meals that we cooked in or heated up. It was a little worrisome when one elevator was out of order. I worried that if the other one stopped working, how would we get to the 12th floor? It did not work the whole week we were there.
