Great views

Love the property, the views and the pools. Beautiful condo. Needs more supplies such as pepper, salt, paper towels, toilet paper. I don’t want to purchase these items for a week or less.

SeaChase is the place to be!

Overall loved the property with multiple pools, hot tubs, splash pad and more. Indoor pool is a hidden gem coming in from hot day at beach and needing a quick cool off! Never seemed crowded using any of amenities or waiting for elevators. Also, everything you might need is across the street. Great place, perfect location, friendly people and fabulous views.

Best family vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. From booking, checking in, to checking out, we could not have been happier! This unit is in the perfect location. We cooked breakfast and lunch at the condo every day and had everything we needed. They have cable but we were also able to log in to our streaming accounts to watch TV as a guest and log out easily. SO SO CLEAN! Perfect for two families to stay together with the split floor plan. We will be back for SURE!

Labor Day stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice, equipped with all the necessities. Did not enjoy having key fobs to enter and exit the pool area. Security was over done! Too many rules on things that were harmless.
Response from VrboOwner on 6 Sept, 2025
The use of key fobs prevents people not staying at seachase from entering and using our pools as well as security did a great job at keeping our guests safe this year. Thank you for your review! Have great day! See you next time!

Well Appointed Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is perfect for a stay with extended family. I stayed here with my daughters, sons in law and grandchildren and we had a great experience. Most beach rentals are lacking in kitchen utensils and such but this one had everything you need. The view was amazing and the condo was clean when we arrived. I'd absolutely stay here again

Not impressed about 804e

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen lacks a lot of necessary items such as a food processor, decent size blender and sharp knives. Also, the rug in the living room is filthy. They is no vacuum to clean while you are on your stay. Too much furniture to get a walker around the items in the living room.

8/10 Good

Beautiful Condo but the one complaint...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was absolutely beautiful. The only complaint that any of us had is that the beds were very uncomfortable. Both of the king size mattresses were very hard and felt like there were springs poking you in the back. In the room with bunks and a queen, the queen mattress was extremely soft. If there were different mattresses on the beds I would definitely give this condo a 5 star review. I would recommend this condo to friends and I would stay in the condo again if there were different mattresses as well.
