This 9th floor condominium unit of 1,634 sq. ft. features 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms that can sleep up to 8 (by using Living Room sofa sleeper). A tasteful decorating scheme of “beach and gulf” distinguishes this well-maintained unit. The owners have been vested in SeaChase since 2001 and have earned a reputation for providing a vacation and/or rental experience that guests appreciate with many returning year after year. Views of the Gulf are panoramic from the Master Bedroom, Living Room, Dining Room and Balcony … providing a great inside-outside beachfront experience.
The spacious Balcony provides ample seating with a dining table that comfortably accommodates 6. Furnishings include quick-drying sling back fabric on 5 chairs, 2 swivel rockers plus a handy end table.
The Kitchen/Dining area may be the star attraction of 904E and is perfect for those who enjoy entertaining or simply having ample space for themselves. A unique and expansive layout features counter tops of sparkling deep blue granite with complementing tile backsplashes. A custom-built bar with glass shelves and a variety of glassware is perfect for preparing your next tropical-inspired libation! This area also features a high-capacity under-counter ice maker, stainless steel appliances, crock pot, blender, waffle maker, cookbook library and most of the utensils, pots and pans you’ll ever need (always scores high on guest comments)! The Dining Room table easily accommodates 6, plus the long, angled bar has 5 upholstered stools. Bring in all the groceries you desire, and you’ll have ample storage space inside of cabinets and a pantry.
The Utility Room has a full-sized washer and dryer along with shelving for coolers, groceries or extra “beach stuff.”
Ceramic tile is the primary flooring in living areas, hallways and bathrooms, with plush carpet in bedrooms. The owners place a premium on “comfortable” seating and beds. Games and books can be found in the Living Room’s entertainment center and other shelves … and the owners attempt to keep a nice inventory of sand toys for the young’uns and young at heart. Most of 904E’s artwork was created by local talent and reflects the Alabama coast’s natural beauty and unique character.
