Lovely in and outdoor spaces on a NO WAKE COVE just minutes away from OPEN WATER on the Colorado!
Come and enjoy our beautiful lake house. The home is well appointed with comfortable furnishings and complete kitchen amenities for your daily needs. Our amazing outdoor living area is located underneath the house and provides plenty of shade and a nice breeze throughout the year. Go fishing right off the dock or in one of our complementary kayaks and grill your fresh catch of the day.
The Highland Lakes region of Central Texas Hill Country offers many activities that include; renting a boat or jet ski on constant level Lake LBJ, taking vineyard tours, playing 18 holes of golf, horseback riding, hiking the trails at Inks State Park , spelunking in the Longhorn Caverns or jumping off a rock bluff at the Devils Waterhole.

Great spot on LBJ

We came to Kingsland for the weekend and stayed at this property. It was close to everything, clean, and right on the water. Would definitely recommend to families!

Great Stay

We loved the kayaks, hot tub, SUP and hot tub! Had fun fishing right from the bank and from kayaks. Relaxing property and plenty of space for our teens to hang out and something for everyone to enjoy.

Great location!

Great location on a quiet cove with quick water access to the river and Lake LBJ. Accommodations were perfect for 2 couples who wanted to cook while there. We enjoyed the kayaks and outdoor spaces at the house.

This is great property with a private dock and Awesome outdoor patio Area

After many years of searching for a lake property we found the crystal clear waters of constant level Lake LBJ. The scenic drive through the Hill Country takes just about an hour from Austin, yet transports you into a vacation mind set of fun and creating great memories.

Lovely in and outdoor spaces on a NO WAKE COVE just minutes away from OPEN WATER. If you feel the need for speed just call Splash Boat Rental and they will deliver jet skis and boats right to the dock. Our jet ski ramps as well as a boat slip are available should you decide to bring your watercraft.

Imagine yourself having a fresh grilled meal in the shaded outdoor dining areas, watching the sun set from the balcony, soaking in the private hot tub, chillin in the Sauna or telling stories around the fire pit.
