The house is definitely up in the mountains but had excellent accommodations, fit our large party comfortably, had plenty of space to hang out during the day & was in a great location to explore nearby towns. No complaints!
My friends and I had a great time at this house! Everything was clean and in working order! Would definitely recommend to anyone for a cabin trip!

The property was accommodating to our group size and had a very beautiful view! Communication prior to our visit could have been key but instead there was some stress on our trip due to a broken oven that was not communicated prior to arrival. The host did refund us 1 night stay to make it right but all could have been avoided if there was just more communication so meals could have been rearranged since we planned on cooking our entire stay.

Older pictures, property is not as nice at it look in the listing. There were mice in the house and the oven was broken. Property management company was responsive and sent someone out to put down traps and fix the oven. We saw traps but the over never worked. Over all we had a good trip but that is because it was just a guys trip. If the wives had been there it would have been a different story.
Home has plenty of space for a group larger than ours (seven) but we loved the options. The kitchen is fab, especially the oven and combo microwave air fryer.
Great home with a gorgeous view! Hot tub and game room really were a big hit. The road leading up to the house is pretty steep and nerve wracking for those used to more flat terrain. Overall it was a great house!
This was a beautiful home in the mountains where we were able to enjoy our spring break. One of the most disappointing items, though was the fire pit on the back patio deck did not work as well as ants in the upstairs bathroom. Outside of those things it’s a magnificent home high on a mountain with the great view.
Booked this property for a relaxing spiritual weekend. We enjoyed it very much. Owners were very responsive and very helpful with any questions/ideas. Look forward to staying here again. :)
We loved staying here for our family reunion! There are plenty of comfortable beds for sleeping, several spaces for hangouts, and the decks have magical views. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts welcomed us with a bottle of wine. The house is a quick drive from downtown Asheville, Biltmore, and hiking trails. Highly recommend staying here for a large group - I would stay here again !

The house was not representative of the pictures. Those pictures are clearly from when the house was first built. The deck was worn and damaged, the table on the deck was unusable. The walls throughout the house were dirty. We battled the spiders, flies and ants throughout the stay so pest control could be improved. The oven needs a deep clean along with the refrigerator. The state of house got our trip off on the wrong foot. Overall disappointed and I would not stay here again.

Wonderful Week
House was great for our large family.Disappointed upon arrival as cleaning staff was still onsite. Unfortunately the grass and shrubs were left uncut due to landscaping co. Once the grass was attended to our group could use the hot tub. There were many supplies at the house. Bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen and dining area were our main gathering area. Perfect. Porch and gas fireplace provided beautiful views ! Overall house was impressive.

We're glad to hear that the house was a great fit for your large family. We apologize for the inconvenience you faced upon arrival with the cleaning staff still on-site and the landscaping situation. We appreciate your patience, and we're pleased that once those matters were resolved, you were able to enjoy the amenities like the hot tub. It's wonderful that the bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, and porch with the gas fireplace provided a perfect gathering space. We're thrilled that you found the house impressive overall and enjoyed the beautiful views. Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our property for your stay. We hope to host you again in the future!

Disappointed
We were very excited to stay at this property because the house fit our family’s needs in size and beds. I also appreciate that the host let us enter a couple of hours early since we arrived early from out of state. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Other than that, we were disappointed. The house needed a lot of repairs. The kitchen floor had broken tile and the refrigerator had a cracked plastic drawer. The ice-maker did not work, the freezer did not cool properly. There were no children’s dishes as advertised. Most of the games were missing pieces. The house itself had stains on the rugs, marks all over the walls, the ceiling was peeling off in the upstairs bathroom, another bathroom was missing one of the shower doors, and trim was missing on the wall. There was a paper wasp nest under one of the outdoor chairs and my grandson got stung….but there was no wasp or yellow jacket spray. As for the kitchen…there was NOTHING for leftovers- no plastic containers, ziplock bags, aluminum foil or Saran Wrap. I requested a discount on our stay from the management company and got no response back.

Family Vacation
When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was the overgrown grass. There were two entries from the parking area into the house-one was steep steps, the other was blocked by a large sectional where we could barely open the door wide enough to enter with our luggage. The home was very large and fit our family of 10 well. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The outdoor seating was coated with pollen and the dining table was very worn. The hammock was also dirty. That was disappointing because we had planned to spend a lot of time outside and was why we picked this place. Cobwebs all over the exterior of the house. We never used the fire pit because the grass was so tall. The house needed some TLC. The light fixture above the kitchen counter would turn on and off at will and several fixtures throughout the property had bulbs that did not work. We were most disappointed with the view or lack thereof. The picture that is posted has to be from years ago because now it is very overgrown with brush and trees and looks nothing like what is advertised. Barely a Mountain View. The interior is nicely furnished and we loved the large dining table that fit our entire family. Plenty of rooms for all of us. We had a nice reunion. Would give it a higher rating, but the property needs some love.
