The pool and short walk to the beach was the best part about this house! The sharing shed was a nice add on. However, there needs to be some work done to this house: deck needs repainted as it’s worn off in a path, yard maintenance needs done as there was very high weeds, there was a broken light near the pool area, inside there was a spot on the wall that looked like there had been a leak, and the floor in the kitchen was coming up near the stove so it would scratch your foot as you walked over it. The house siding had a piece missing near the porch and one screen on the window was broken. I’m going to attach a few pictures of the issues. The biggest issue was there was a mouse that came out in the middle of the night, that was disgusting and my two toddlers slept on the pullout trundle bed that sits on the floor. So we left the next morning, ending our vacation a day early. I wasn’t chancing a mouse getting in bed with my children. I contacted the company that rents the place, and only received an I’m sorry. I have rented several VRBOS and have never experienced a mouse or even mouse droppings anywhere. We will not stay here again.
