New - Colorado Surf Shack Studio in Littleton with AC
Newly finished studio in detached garage. Enjoy this private retreat in Littleton walkable to parks and Downtown Littleton. Unit has everything you need including a combo washer/dryer, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, fridge, and toaster oven. Off street parking, high speed internet, TV, fully furnished and equipped.
The Room and Board couch folds forward into a very comfortable platform bed similar to a Murphy bed (no bar in your back!). I have also added a custom mattress topper to make it even more comfortable. The couch cushions fold under the bed so they don't take up any living space when the bed is in use.
The coffee table height is adjustable so you can use it as an additional desk, dining room table (2 chairs are stored in the closet), or additional food preparation surface. You can easily roll the table out of the way if you want to use the space for yoga or exercise.
This is a VERY versatile space that really lives great. Every inch of space has been carefully thought through.
This property is in a safe, quiet neighborhood near Downtown Littleton. Walk to the Littleton Library, Littleton Historic Museum, Several Neighborhood Parks and Downtown Littleton.
