Private entrance to the garden level apartment (lower part of a large ranch home). Fast Internet, Comcast, comfortable, clean with access to washer & dryer. Gorgeous views from your private deck facing the front range of the Colorado Rockies.

About 10 minutes to Red Rocks and 20 minutes to Denver, CO and 5 minutes from Fox Hollow Golf Course. Fully furnished and parking is available in front of the house on the street.

Cleaning Service is provided every 2 weeks. This is a quiet neighborhood and quiet after 9pm.

Lovely stay!

This is an excellent basement apartment hosted by wonderful people. Danzene was extremely helpful, kind, transparent, and genuine. Cleaning service is an awesome added bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us

We had a great stay here - the location is quiet and so convenient for all the things we wanted to see. We went to a concert at Red Rocks and it only took us 10-15 minutes to get there and back. The apartment is well stocked, with a good supply of dishes, pots and pans, towels, coffee pods. The furniture is dated but comfortable. Communication and check in was very easy. Would definitely stay here again - danzina was a very friendly host!
