“ Frenchtown Finest” Discover this 2-bedroom gem in Houston. This property is ideal for a “Couple Getaway” “ Family Gathering” or Girls/ Boys Trip”. This peaceful house features 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, perfect for a serene getaway. The home is equipped with Central Air/Heating, Washer/Dryer unit, Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, Oven and Dishwasher.A work desk is also available. Guest can relax and unwind in this enjoyable space or relax on the backyard deck. There will be no immediate neighbors and the house is on a corner lot. The house is located right off the freeway giving guest immediate access to the freeway. Streaming televisions are available in both bedrooms (50 inches) and in the living area (65 inches). The property is equipped with exterior cameras for guest security. The home is in a gentrification area surrounded by newly built townhomes and established neighbors. The area is extremely quiet. An abandoned home is a lot away from the home but it causes no issues.

I was fully prepared to give this property 5 stars. The host was easy to contact for check in. The property looks like the pictures. It was decently cleaned. Somethings were dated but everything was functional. I enjoyed my stay until I arrived home with a request to pay for damages done to the sink in the bathroom that we did not do. I would suggest if you stay at this property make sure you do a thorough video walk through of the property especially in the bathroom, record everything, and I mean EVERYTHING the sink, toilet, and tub and report any findings upon check in and also do a video walk through when checking out. It will save you the stress down the line. Beyond this incident everything else was just fine. I’m a fair person my situation may not be yours. The property was a good price and had everything needed. The overall rating was dropped due to the situation addressed above. If you cover yourself I believe this property is still worth giving a shot.
