This comfy, stylish 2 bedroom 2 bath is conveniently located next door to Walmart. Enjoy a short, safe and pleasant walk to Globe Life Field, At&T Stadium, Arlington Convention Center, Texas Live & more.

Every event is just steps away. Hear the cheers chanted loud and proud. Park in our garage then join the crowd!

Explore Arlington and beyond at our beautiful stylish home. Our home is located 12 minutes from DFW Airport, 5 minutes from Six Flags Over Texas & Hurricane Harbor. Enjoy free parking in our attached garage. Garage comfortably fits two large vehicles.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THE FACE TOWELS ARE NOT USED TO REMOVE MAKEUP (it doesn’t wash out). A FEE OF UP TO $150 WILL BE APPLIED FOR STAINED LINEN. You will be required to park inside the garage during your stay. Please ensure all vehicles are parked in the garage at all times. Towing is strictly enforced due to our close proximity to the AT&T stadium. Parking spaces throughout the property are not available for use. Garage comfortably fits two large vehicles. Please contact either host if additional parking is needed.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
>Please place dirty towels in laundry basket. >Please be responsible and and clean after yourself and your little ones. You may place the bagged trash in the big black bin outside.
>Please turn Lights, TVs, Appliances off >Please close and secure all windows and doors. >Please remember to return the garage remote.
FYI..Our Cleaning Fee covers the basic Cleaning, Sanitizing and Resetting between stays. This includes exchanging towels and bedding, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen, sweeping, mopping etc.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

If you're heading to a Cowboys game or any event at AT&T Stadium, this rental is a must! I stayed here recently for a game weekend, and the location couldn’t have been better — just minutes away from the stadium, which made getting to and from the game a breeze (no stressful parking or long walks!).
