About this property

Creekside Chateau - Nature Retreat - Hot Tub

Welcome to your own slice of heaven just 15 minutes from the vibrant energy of downtown Asheville. Tucked into the rolling hills and forested edges of Newfound Creek, this thoughtfully renovated home offers a rare blend of refined comfort, natural serenity, and hospitality. Remodeled by hand and heart, every fixture and design choice was made with intention so you and your people can feel grounded, connected, and at home.

This home is deeply personal to us. We (Ryan and Maggie) poured our hands and hearts into bringing it back to life, and the land it sits on has become one of our favorite places to spend time. We created this space as a place to reset, to laugh, to gather, and to feel a little more human again. And while it means the world to us, we’re most excited to share it with you. Whether you're gathering around the firepit under a canopy of stars, soaking in the hot tub with a view of the valley, or cooking something special in the spacious kitchen, we hope it energizes you the same way it does for us.

This thoughtfully renovated 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home with an airy loft sleeps up to 14 guests in beds (up to 18 with couches and air mattresses). Perfect for group getaways, retreats, or multi-family trips, the home has a cabin-like charm with elegant finishes, natural materials, and wide-open communal spaces built for memory-making.

Highlights include:

A stunning chef’s kitchen with a large island and double ovens, ideal for group cooking and gathering.

Cozy dining and living areas flooded with natural light.

A basement-level lounge/game room with pool, ping pong, and board games for hours of fun.

A full laundry suite, perfect for longer stays or active adventures.

2 outdoor fire pits: one nestled on the creekside, the other perfect for the front yard hangs under string lights.

A private hot tub with views of the forest and the consistent flow of Newfound Creek.

A small dog run and lots of space to roam and play.

All bedrooms include king or queen beds with plush linens and plenty of room to unwind. The loft is a tucked-away retreat perfect for kids, teens, or additional guests.

Outdoors, the 9-acre property is bordered by Newfound Creek and includes a lively pond, picnic areas, a cozy gazebo perfect for morning coffee or evening chats, and direct access to nature. Trails, mountain views, and wineries are just a short drive away, and the sweet town of Weaverville is only 20 minutes up the road.
