Upscale Remodelled higher floor unit: High end appliances -Large side x side Stainless steel fridge (with ice maker) Stove / Large HE Front load washer and dryer. Good Quality Serta Queen Mattress / Patio furniture (high patio chairs and table to enjoy the view)

New power reclining leather sofa, new stove, new custom curtains, Bedroom furniture and other upgrades in the last couple years. Beautiful Travertine tiles (cooling and smooth to walk on) thru out the unit, with river rock flooring in a large shower area, (no bathtub) Unit Sleeps 2 max

This Condo is on one of the best beaches on the island. You cannot get any closer to the ocean. Unobstructed ocean/sunset views. Snorkel with the Sea Turtles, Dolphins in the cove. In the winter months watch the whales from your lanai, sometimes a Monk seal will visit the beach to rest. All within steps to the beach.

Amenities include a Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ / Picnic area, Tennis court ,Games room / common area. This is a secure gated property with Free Parking for one Vehicle.

Free WIFI, TV and Phone. We keep everything in newer condition and have a very clean condo.

The view from the Lanai is absolutely breathtaking. Our Condo comes with all linens, kitchenware, Towels, Beach towels / Beach chairs , Cooler, and everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation.

There is a quiet portable AC unit in the bedroom and 1 AC unit in the living room, 3 quiet ceiling fans ( 1- bedroom, 1- living room, 1 in the kitchen area)

When the trade winds are in you get a nice breeze. The Leeward (West) side of the island is the sunniest most of the time on the island

Gorgeous beach views right from your balcony. We saw turtles, seals and spinner dolphins from our room. Condo had EVERYTHING you need for kitchen, beach and anything else you would need. Shelley was very responsive and helpful.

My wife and I spent 7 wonderful days here and absolutely loved it. The condo has that nostalgic “old Hawaii” charm but with tasteful modern upgrades — spotless travertine floors, a new leather recliner sofa, high-end appliances, and a very comfortable Serta bed. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, from beach chairs and towels to a well-stocked kitchen.Each morning we enjoyed coffee on the lanai, listening to the soothing sound of the surf and watching waves roll across the pristine, sandy private beach — accessible only to guests of this condo complex. The ocean views and sunsets were unforgettable.It was better than any of the Waikiki hotels we’ve stayed at in the past — peaceful, private, and with no resort or parking fees. A perfect blend of comfort, nostalgia, and pure island serenity — truly a 10-star stay!

Wonderful view, right on the beach. Easy to get in to and communications with Manager was great. Clean and welcoming when we got there, and there was a listing of available amenities located around the area. Very nice and would stay there again.

Amazing Place and Host

The Hawaiian Princess is an awesome gem! The price is great , the beach is literally outside your doorstep! Great swimming and snorkeling with limited people . It is a bit of a drive to areas around you but we had no issues and enjoyed our time exploring the island . If you don’t want to leave there is lots around you as well so suitable to all. We will be back for sure !! :)

A wonderful beach front property!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Being directly on a quiet, beautiful beach was so nice. The condo had so many things included with it (beach towels, beach chairs, sun screen, condiments, hair dryer, etc. etc.) that we've never seen in other rentals. We never used the AC once, and enjoyed the breeze through the screen door on the wonderful lanai. If you don't mind driving a little more to see the sights of the island, this is the ideal place for you. Being on pretty much your own beach (I think the most we saw on it at one time was at most 20 people.) a couple steps away from where you are staying was so convenient and enjoyable for us. We even saw a couple seals at the end of the beach.We highly recommend this rental!!

Wonderful stay in Makaha!

We so enjoyed our stay in Shelley's condo at the Hawaiian Princess! She had everything we needed in the apartment to cook (had we wanted to), relax, and enjoy the beach. The photos really don't do the lanai view justice...it is an incredible beach! We saw seals, dolphins, turtles, and fish from the lanai and while on the beach. And the sunsets are truly spectacular. We slept listening to the waves crashing on the beach each night. She provided everything necessary to spend the day on the beach. We also ate at Countryside Cafe and Beach House 604 - both great suggestions. Be sure to get some shave ice at Mountain Magic right near the condo. We had a car so were able to drive to other beaches and places to eat. If you like to stay someplace where you can walk everywhere to eat and shop, there weren't as many places in walking distance, but plenty of things a few minutes away by car. Loved trying a new side of the island this time!
