What makes this property unique
BALCONY: definitely the best feature of this property! Enjoy the Hotlanta summers or the mild winters outside in our screened-in balcony that oversees the neighborhood!
BEDS: 1 king bed , 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed. There's an additional blow up mattress available for larger groups if needed.
GARAGE: big enough to park one normal size vehicle.
TVs: 1 in the living room, 3 in the bedrooms. The TV in the smallest bedroom is equipped with an Arcade Video Game system.
BASEMENT OFFICE: accessed through main floor. Basement studio may be occupied by another party with it's own independent entrance and drive way.
BEDS: 1 king bed , 1 queen bed, and 1 full bed. There's an additional blow up mattress available for larger groups if needed.
GARAGE: big enough to park one normal size vehicle.
