You’ll find a more efficient, compact layout, but with everything you need to settle in and enjoy your stay. This rental worked out great for my family of 6. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed all the free movies they could watch on the TV. The shuttle picked us up across the street for skiing, which was super helpful. Although we were close enough to walk to the lift. The pool was great the first day and then was closed the rest of our stay, which was disappointing for my kids. We enjoyed the jacuzzi every evening. Overall, enjoyed our time at Crested Butte. Beautiful location and very easy to access.

Unfortunately, another guest got sick in the pool, and when that happens we’re required to fully drain, clean, refill, and reheat it for health and safety reasons. We know it’s a bummer, especially for the kids, but it’s all part of keeping things safe for everyone. Glad you had a great time in Crested Butte. We’d love to host you again next time!

The listing noted that the bed in the primary bedroom is a king but it was much smaller than the king bed I sleep in at home. I don’t travel with a tape measure but my king size pillow took up over half the width of the mattress which was a bummer for my partner and I. The unit otherwise suited our needs but we specifically booked this for the king size bed over other available options. The property was close to the ski resort but the bus was only running once per hour due to staffing issues and we were told from a driver that First Tracks will not pick up from or drop off to the building as the host suggests. We ended up walking down in our gear and waiting for the bus at the end of the day. I know that there isn’t anything the host could do about this but something for others to take into consideration for planning.

The condo is on the free public shuttle route, which typically runs about every 30 minutes to and from the resort. It sounds like you experienced a reduced schedule during your stay, which can happen occasionally, and we’re sorry for that inconvenience. We stayed with our two teenage kids. The condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Great location with easy access to the Town shuttle bus.

Great place

Adequately shocked kitchen forvthose like us who like to cook rather than eat out. Shuttle bus picked up right across the street from the front door. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Red Lady lift, or a 4-5 minute bus ride.

The location and building were great, but the host for this unit didn’t properly prepare for our stay. They initially provided only 2 towels but we had 4 guests during our stay. We would’ve liked extras for the hot tub as well. The code to the main front door wouldn’t work, so we had to enter through the master bedroom. We asked about coffee prior to our stay, but they only left us 1 coffee filter and mostly decaf coffee. The TV remote wasn’t working either, so we were unable to use the TV for the duration of our stay.We reached out to the host about these issues, and they initially didn't seem apologetic. They did bring more towels and coffee filters the following morning, which we appreciated. However, the TV and door code still weren’t working. We reached out again, and they fixed the door code that afternoon, but not the TV.The host also didn’t provide check out instructions. We would’ve appreciated more attentiveness and preparedness for our stay.

The towel count and coffee setup should have been correct from the start, that’s on us. We appreciate your patience while we got additional items over to you, but we agree that should not have required a request. The door code issue is not typical, and we’re glad we were able to get that resolved during your stay. The TV issue unfortunately came up suddenly and required a specialist from outside the valley to replace equipment, which took a bit longer to resolve than we’d like. That has since been fixed. Regarding checkout, we do include instructions in the welcome guide, and we also send a text the evening before letting you know there’s nothing to do but enjoy your stay until the last minute, no chore list here. That said, we’ll take a look at how that was communicated to make sure it’s clear and easy to find. We appreciate you sticking with us while we worked through a few things, and we’ll be tightening up these details moving forward.

Great location!

This condo is very conveniently located close to the ski base. There is a shuttle that stops right in front of the property, but it is also a nice 5-10 min walk from the ski base. The condo was clean and offered everything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. We did not have any problems while staying there. I'll highly recommend this condo.

The Place was Great!

Location was great, place was good. Resort needs some modernization. My only complaint was the neighbor smoking cannabis that smelled like skunk. Didn’t matter if the windows were open or closed it was in our place most of our stay.

Great Place

This is a great location for Crested Butte. Definitely want to come back. Only issue was with the building as a whole. The main door to get in the building is a bit finicky and doesn't always work. This is not issue with the unit, just building overall.

Better than I expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I have stayed in short term rentals in CB for many, many years but never stayed in Three Seasons until this year. The unit was better than we expected--very nicely updated and decorated, comfortable. Location was perfect. Quiet. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped but was sufficient for us. When we checked in there was no dish soap or dish cloth and only one dish towel. After a call to the manager, we had all three within five minutes. (However, there were no potholders, which I would have asked for if I had realized initially.) Ice maker in the fridge worked great!! Check in and out was easy. Communication with manager was excellent. Would stay here again. Crested Butte Lodging is great to work with.
