The Space:
This is a super stylish, newly remodeled two bedroom Snowcrest condo that is a short walk to the base of the ski resort.
The condo is located on the 2nd floor and once in the condo you are welcomed by an open floor plan that encompasses the living/dining and kitchen space. The wood stove will feel cozy after a cold day on the slopes. The living room has a smart tv and lots of comfortable space to make relax after a day in the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Also on this floor you will find a brand new full bath with a shower.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one with a queen bed & the other bedroom has a bunk bed with two double beds. You will find a shared bath in the hallway between the bedrooms and a small desk.
The complex is just a short walk down some stairs to the pedway which is an elevated walkway over the highway from the base area.
There are two parking spaces is available at this property, one in the garage, the other outside. A full washer and dryer are available in the garage as well as ample storage for your bikes or ski gear. No smoking are allowed and guests must be 25 years or older to rent. Children with a parent or guardian are always welcome.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
The HOA does not allow RV's or trailers of any kind.
This property is not pet friendly.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
Please note that the hot tub is seasonal and typically is open last week of June to Labor Day and Thanksgiving day to the end of the ski season.

Snowcrest Parking Plan Notice*
The following parking regulations were approved by the Snowcrest Board of Directors and have been
incorporated into the Homeowner Association’s (HOA) governing documents:
To ensure appropriate parking in the lot is provided for all Owner Occupants, Long Term Tenants
and Guests of the Association, a valid permit must be displayed on each vehicle at all times.
Violator’s vehicles will be removed at owner’s expense. Rental guests will be allowed 1 permit
when units have a garage and a maximum of 2 permits for units that do not have a garage. Permits
will be provided by the company managing the short term rentals for that unit.
Annual tags-Owners can obtain plastic permits through the current property manager; these will
expire April 30th of each year. Lost permits can be replaced for an additional fee as established
by the Management Company.
No more than two motor vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property for each
residential condominium unit, including assigned unit garages. Unit owners will be issued 2
parking permits, but unit owners with garages are eligible to receive just one permit. No unit
owner, guest, invitee, contractor employee or lessee shall park their motor vehicles in a way that
may obstruct access of any drives, loading zones, or other condominium unit or garages.
Parking and motor vehicle violations are subject to immediate removal, without notification. The
costs for towing and storage of removed vehicles will be the responsibility of the vehicle’s owner.
Reoccurring violations may cause the unit owner to additionally be assessed fines.
No motor vehicle shall remain parked upon the property of Snowcrest Condominiums unless the
same has current valid license plates, is in good working condition, and used for actual
transportation.
No motor vehicle shall be parked within one parking location for longer than 10 days. Violator’s
vehicles will be removed at owner’s expense.
All vehicles shall be cleaned of snow, including the entire parking space surrounding the vehicle
within 24 hours. Violator’s vehicles will be removed at owner’s expense
All Contractors are required to comply with the Association Motor Vehicle Rules.
Note: On-street/Town right of way parking is NOT allowed in the Town of Mt. Crested Butte.

Easy walk to the base area over the pedestrian bridge. Its downhill on the way there but uphill and a few stairs on the way back.

Our family had a fantastic stay during spring break. The condo was one of the cleanest we’d ever rented, it had everything we needed and more and very organized with still lots of space to put away everything we brought from home. The views were beautiful and it was an easy walk to the lifts although the steps back up were a bit tough after long ski days, but all six of us ages 7-44 did it fine. We carried our boots and used the lockers at the base in the Treasury, to store our shoes and used the ski valet to store our gear. The only minor things we didn’t love was the shared hot tub was very dirty and not enjoyable, which I was counting on because the unit doesn’t have a tub and we all enjoy a soak after hard skiing days; and there was also only 1 tv in the unit, and while we aren’t a huge tv family, in the evenings after skiing all day, it would have been nice to at least have an option to let kids watch something separate than the adults. All and all it was a great stay and we’d return!

Condo was great for 2 couples to enjoy a ski weekend at CB. Close, easy walk to the lifts and to the town shuttle. Condo was clean, well equipped, had plenty of space, maintained and decorated nicely. Would stay again!
This place was great. Very clean and efficient. Loved the washer and dryer and being able to put MTB's in garage. Our daughters said they wanted to live there!

Great spot and really nice setup. Great appliances and the wood-burning stove was great for keeping the unit warm. Would rent again.
We had a really nice time staying here! The unit was super cute -- and no unpleasant surprises. The photos really did look like the place looked. We enjoyed cooking, and everything in the kitchen was stocked and clean. We LOVED the short trip to the base.
Impressive remodel of this vintage condo. Our grown children and grandchildren each stayed in condos slopeside and our condo was easily accessible by the connecting bridge/stairs.
Condo was very clean and nicely remodeled. Second BR upstairs doesn’t have windows so was quite warm at night. Everything you need (and new!) in the kitchen for cooking full meals. This condo would be ideal for skiing due to pedestrian bridge being so close also. We would definitely stay again.
The property was nicer than appeared in the online pictures. Very sunny and comfortable. We invited friends over for dinner and managed to seat 11 people around the dining table and coffee table. Wonderful memories!
Just a hop and a skip from Crested Butte ski base and an amazing view of the mountain makes this comfortable condo an ideal family ski stay. The woodburning stove, garage, and accommodating kitchen allows you to really sink into your stay. Only thing I would ask for are fluffier pillows, I'm not into all firm pillows but that is a preference easily fixed. Will be back!
We really enjoyed our stay here. Getting to the slopes was about 5 minutes, and getting back took a bit longer due to the uphill and stairs. The garage area was very convenient for storing gear. The binder of home details was exceptionally clear and helpful. The cleanliness was, frankly, unbelievable; we kept marveling at how clean it was. It was also really well stocked. Other rentals we've stayed in for ski trips have been barren or barely stocked, so we were impressed by how much was available here. Communication was quick and clear. We would absolutely stay here again and will highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Thank you!
This property has had a very nice restoration. Unfortunately they installed round toilets instead of oval, men understand. All the major and minor appliances are very nice. The property has narrow stairs to get to the main floor. Stairs to the bedrooms. Super convenient for our ski trip. Stored skis in the garage. Locker room at the Treasury Center allowed us to wear shoes for the walk.
