The Madeira Beach Yacht Club is ideally situated at the North end of Madeira Beach within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants and activities. The beaches are just a few minutes walk away, and John's Pass Village is a quick 5 minute drive.



You'll find everything you need in this secure and well maintained and quiet complex. The waterfront marina community features two outdoor heated swimming pools, sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and benches and a large fishing pier. Just across from the community there's a public park with tennis, basketball, fields, and a playground.

Nice, clean condo near the beach and activities!

This was a very nice place to stay. It was clean and well maintained. It’s a short walk to the beach and a short drive to so many fun restaurants and stores. The owner was very responsive to messages. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The location was amazing! Very close to beautiful beach with access to rental chairs and umbrellas. Walking distance to some great fun places and good food! Shout out to Mario's Italian restaurant, excellent food! Wonderful two week stay!

Overall nice stay

The unit was outdated however it was a perfect place for our family. Clean and stocked with what we needed. We didn't need anything from the property manager, but there seemed to be convenient contact options if necessary. Would recommend and return!

Great Location!

Really enjoyed this stay. The location was walking distance to everything we needed and trolly stops close by were convenient to get us to restaurants and attractions that were farther away. We were here during the tropical storm/hurricane Elsa, the management team sent us many updates and communications to make sure we were comfortable and stayed safe. Great experience!

My stay was great. Very good location to grocery, pharmacy and the BEACH!

The property is really nice inside. I loved that here was a double bed for my 3 year old without paying for an extra room. Neighbor and neighborhood is really nice, quiet and friendly.

The place was a good fit for my family - (2 adults & 2 kiddos).

The place was a good fit for my family - (2 adults & 2 kiddos). The location was awesome. The only downfall was I had to clean when we arrived then the first two days the air conditioner was broken. We notified Liz & Charles about the issue. We had to leave & when we returned the air was off & it was so terribly hot. We then had to contact them again with a response that a technician would be there that afternoon sometime. Yes, someone did show up & partially fix the issue but we werent notified that they would be cutting it off. Pretty much it was hot the entire time of the stay. We are disappointed of how that was handled without hardly any communication with us. The neighbors were such lovely neighbors! That was the best part of the stay there! I would recommend that they replace the A/C unit. (as they were told, it definitely needed to be done!)

We are so sorry about the trouble with the Air Conditioner. It has been completely repaired and checked out, and it's nice and cool in there now. Glad you enjoyed the location and our amazing beaches!

Condo needs work in several areas to bring to a nice standards

When we arrived font the screen door propped opened. Then found that the screen door is broke and would not latch. Beginning to unpack, found that all furniture had a layer of dust, table still had glass rings on the tops,floors upstairs had not been swept, behind doors had build up. We found towels still in the dryer and the dryer vent was packed with lint. We had to unload the dish washer and put away dishes. The mamagement told us to hold off they would to it the next day. We couldn’t wait we had to live there for a week. We also had paid to have this all done and was cheated on that area. While there we used the dishwasher that ended up flooding the kitchen. We cleaned that up. Next day service determined the needed to replace it. They were going to let us know. We came back that following day to finwd a new dishwasher with no notice. We also had to cleanup the install mess, pick up screws in the condo that had spread over the first floor and reset the patio furniture which had been move the roof top of the patio below. Very poor management this week and no good response except we will get to it tomorrow. Also the bedding us subpar. Pillows were very poor. The tub upstairs had been updated and was the nicest item in the condo. The silverware is badly spotted and stained and very flimsy. Needs an upgrade. We love the area and will return but not to this condo and not to this management company with the cost we paid and the help we failed to receive.

Beautiful condo

It was nice to be so close to the ocean, grocery store, beverage store, and dollar store. Pools were very nice and everyone was friendly. It was hard to come back to our cold weather.

We stayed here for the month of February . Nice homey atmosphere. Close to park, the beach and shopping. Would stay here again. Our only suggestion. The dishwasher needs maintenance. Other than that, great vacation

We paid in full for a condo in November for the...

We paid in full for a condo in November for the week of dec23 thru dec30 to get there and have no way to get on the property or in the room at 4 o'clock we tried till after 7 then had to rent another condo elsewhere strips finally sent us the codes at a little after 8 and refuses to give a refund paid $1181.24 for something went couldn't get in worst company ever to deal with

The unit in proximity to the beach was great. Very quiet place and close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. highly recommend it. We have been going to TI for over 20 years. What we realized is that Madeira Beach is much less commercialized than TI. We will be returning to MBYC next year!!

Very attentive to the few needs we had...ie, we locked ourselves out of the pass code before we even got in! Immediate responses to our calls, and very friendly. Condo was great, clean and comfy. Would recommend and rent again.
