Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all Kitchen appliances, kitchenware and bakeware are all thoroughly cleaned. Outdoor grill must also be cleaned
Place all dirty towels in a pile on the bottom of the steps near the full bathroom.
Gather aqua pool cushions and gray pillows and place in storage container.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The neighborhood is pretty and safe. It’s conveniently located near many stores and restaurants and close enough to main roads and highways while still finding itself nestled in a quiet safe neighborhood. This home is located on a cul-de-sac so the only cars coming through the street actually belong there. Neighbors all look after each other and know each other by first name basis.
What makes this property unique
This home was uniquely built to accommodate space, convenience and comfort. It is not like any other home in the neighborhood. The 25’ high ceilings give it a grand and luxurious feeling. The family that owned it lived there for nearly 40 years and felt like they were on vacation every day.
