The Space:
You step through the front door and feel the gentle Florida breeze drift through the open living space, inviting you to unwind instantly. Sunlight pours across the bright sofa as the scent of fresh coffee mingles with the distant hum of palm‑lined streets. A quick glance out the sliding doors reveals the sparkling pool, ready for a splash or a relaxed soak in the hot tub as the day stretches ahead.
Sleeping arrangements
The home offers six bedrooms across two levels, comfortably fitting up to twelve guests. Downstairs you’ll find a queen bed in Bedroom 1. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each feature a king bed, while Bedroom 4 provides a double bed and a single bed. Bedroom 5 holds two twin beds, and Bedroom 6 includes another queen bed. All rooms come with fresh linens, extra pillows, blankets, clothing storage and hangers.
Living space & entertainment
The large living area flows naturally into the fully equipped kitchen and dining table, making it easy to gather for meals or movie nights. Air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans keep the interior at a perfect temperature year‑round. A dedicated game room adds extra fun with an air hockey table and foosball, ideal for friendly competition among all ages. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays.

A smart lock provides seamless self check‑in, and the property welcomes pets, making it a flexible base for families traveling with furry companions. Long‑term stays are welcome, offering a comfortable, spacious retreat for any length of Florida getaway.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.
Up to (3) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
