For those with an adventurous spirit, indulge in thrilling activities like jet-skiing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, and even fishing directly from our private boat dock.

OUTDOOR OASIS

Step outside to your private backyard oasis overlooking scenic Lake Clarke. Enjoy fishing from the private boat dock, or explore the lake with complementary use of 2 kayaks.

For a fun day on the water, guests may also enjoy jetskiing and other water sports on the lake. However, please note that we do not provide or rent out jetskis or other watercraft—only our 11-passenger pontoon boat is available for rent, by advance paid reservation only and subject to availability.

Unwind on the fenced waterfront pool deck, complete with lounge chairs, a shaded gazebo with dining space, and tranquil lake views. The salt-chlorine pool system offers a gentler, more skin-friendly swim experience compared to traditional chlorine.

Optional Pool & Hot Tub Heating
For added comfort, heating may be added to your reservation:
• Full Pool & Hot Tub Heating – $59 daily ($67.55 total with taxes and vrbo fees). The pool will be heated up to a comfortable 87°F throughout the day, and the hot tub can be set to your preferred temperature (up to 104°F) and is available daily 3 PM – 10 PM.
• Hot Tub Only Option (Summer: May – October) – $35 nightly ($40.07 total with taxes and vrbo fees). Heat the hot tub only, available daily 3 PM – 10 PM.
Heating is optional and must be prepaid for the full duration of the stay. If not selected, the pool remains at natural temperature and the hot tub will not be activated.

Please note that any optional add-ons, services, or amenity fees (such as pool heat, hot tub heat, boat rental, additional guests, or similar extras) are subject to applicable state and county taxes as well as Vrbo processing/service fees, which are added by payment request.

Guest Count & Visitors
Only the guests listed on your reservation may be on the property, whether staying overnight or visiting for the day. The home accommodates a maximum of 14 people at any time. Your booking includes up to 10 guests; each additional guest (up to the 14-person limit) is $35 per person, per night. Please provide an accurate guest count when you book so we can prepare the home for you.

Parking
We can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. Please plan accordingly.

Arrival & Departure
Check-in and check-out times help us keep the home ready and sparkling for every guest. Please follow the times listed in your reservation.

Pets
Furry friends are welcome with prior approval—just let us know in advance.

Smoking & Substances
Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and illegal substances are never allowed on the property.
