This beautiful walk out basement apartment is newly renovated and furnished. It has 3 queen size bed and 1 sofa bed in living room it can be fold to have more space in the living room. It has one full bathroom. kitchen , flatware, glasses, utensils etc, are provided. It has smart TV, high speed internet, and much more.

My place is good for 6 to 7 people , business travelers, and families (with kids).

Stay at Green Valley Ranch

Was a lower basement that had been very well repurposed into a living space. Had enough space, and living necessities. Occasionally got a little noisy upstairs during the day and early morning, but never really became an issue.

Nice location

I’m a traveling nurse so I stayed at the property for a little over a month. The area was nice but the internet wasn’t good. The home owner has children and the noise is outrageous. I wouldn’t recommend it. Our overall experience was 2/10.

She stayed for a month in my place with her boyfriend. From the day 1 they checked in, they started smoking 4/20 all night and day, though we have No Smoking place and also told them not do again, but they kept on smoking . Again we have got multiple complaints from our neighbors about their inappropriately act seating in the car with head light on in care smoking for 1 to 2 hours starting (in the middle of the night) like 1am daily. Never recommend her and never host her again. Rate 1/20.

Clean, comfortable, close

The property is clean and comfortable. It’s close to restaurants and groceries when needed. Downside, WiFi was weak and cell signal in the neighborhood is one bar for Verizon and AT&T. Also, the owner and family live above so there are a couple kids that make noise on occasion. I have kids so not a big deal for me but I could be an issues for others. Overall, it’s a nice comfortable place to stay and the owner was great!

First time using VRBO

Myself and 2 friends came to Denver for the weekend and stayed here. Wonderful place, comfortable beds and all of the amenities you need. It was a great neighborhood, close to the airport and we all felt safe staying here. All of us loved it, we would recommend this place to everyone.

Well rested

We were very comfortable staying indoors, temp. for 3 days around 100 degrees. The manager and wife were very friendly and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. You had stores and plenty of choices of restaurants. There was a walking path close by for evening walks.

I was in the area to visit daughter and new grand babies, so was only at the property to sleep and shower. That being said, the bed, pillows and linens were super comfy; the shower was hot with excellent water pressure. The kitchen was modern and fully stocked, so had I needed to use it I could have. I did use the Wifi which was fast.

Perfect fit for my family

This was a perfect stay for our family of 5. The host was very gracious and accommodating to our needs. The beds were comfortable. The only thing we would change would be more seating in the living room. We would definitely stay here again.
