Fabulous home featuring 4 bedrooms plus a den with sleeper sofa, 3 full & 2 half baths and offers spacious open concept living with an inverted floor plan. Located in one of North Bethany's premier gated private communities and just one house from a private guarded beach. This lovely family friendly vacation home includes central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 5 Smart TVs with high-speed internet service to stream (no cable, bring your Fire Stick, Roku or other streaming device), DVD, WIFI, gas grill and outside shower. Beach chairs and kids beach toys are available. Large dining table seats 10; breakfast room seats 6 plus. Stocked with board games, foosball, over 400 DVD titled library and lots of reading materials. Lots of outdoor living space with an awesome yard and lower-level deck. Outdoor ping pong table, plus 2 renovated wrap around decks on both the lower and upper levels oceanside. Family friendly with plenty of places to escape to just hang out and relax!

Quality place in exclusive area

House is well kept and in exclusive gated neighborhood. 1 minute walk to private beach. There were lifeguards during the summer. 5 minute drive to stores, restaurants.

Great Location ...But

The grounds need a lot of work. Outside and inside need to be sprayed for spiders. The air conditioning is very inefficient on the bedroom level. One master bedroom is freezing while the other master is too warm. Our family loved the short walk to the beach and the roomy living area!

House needs lots of work. Deck in poor repair Cellar shower had loose floor board with potential nail issues. Air conditioner required repair on day 1, Weber needs servicing and propane was almost gone. Screen door off hinge and screen torn. etc'. Top floor spacious and comfortable, Sleeping area fine. internet went down on last day. Long and Foster given detailed note. They were fine.
