The master bedroom offers a comfortable king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Each of the additional bedrooms features a cozy queen-size bed, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV and free WiFi for your convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, or you can explore the many local restaurants Mexico Beach has to offer.

An Unforgettable View is a non-smoking unit and does NOT allow pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.
Please be aware that the elevator may occasionally be out of service. While our staff will report issues immediately, repairs can take several days due to our remote location. If anyone in your group has mobility needs, we recommend planning ahead, as elevator availability cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
